Monthly Rentals in Isles of Capri

Michelle was a fantastic host. She let us check in early as we got to the island and it was quite hot out so we needed a place to drop our stuff before heading out. The unit is super cozy with great views to the canals. It is near old Marco Shopes and walking distant to great breakfast, fresh seafood, and bars on the water. Yet the place is extremely peaceful and in the mornings it was very quiet which we loved. Would highly recommend staying here!!!

As advertised, a quiet place by the water, tucked away from busy areas of Big Marco Island. Nonetheless, there are at least three great restaurants a walkable distance away. The house is immaculately clean, fully-stocked, everything works, and the amenities are easy to find and use. You can tell the owners take care of this property. Very responsive hosts too, and with helpful info. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Nice location, able to walk to restaurants and a few stores. Beautiful landscaping at the condos, clean pool, laundry room located in the parking lot which is behind the condo. Cheryl is very responsive and answers all questions, giving lots of information about what to do on Marco Island. She’s a wonderful host, looking forward to staying with her again.

this place was absolutely beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. When contacting him, he responded right away. The kids loved the pool as well as the adults. Everything was clean and tidy. Only thing we needed to bring was food. He even supplied detergent, shampoo, bodywash, all the toilet paper you could ever need, pool towels, chairs for the beach, bikes and so much more. Will definitely be going back here.
