Very nice and secure place to stay in CDMX. Very clean and private as well. Next to lots of coffee shops, 7/11s, etc. It is also on a private street with security.

María del Pilar is very attentive and always responding. I asked her for more comfortable pillows and she gave them to me! This is a VIP service definitely! The apartment is very clean and with everything you'll need. For some people it can be a bit noisy because of its location on foot of the periphery. There a couple of places close to eat. The security guards are very attentive, friendly and always helpful. Very good guides.

This house is situated on a street that has plenty of stores for all your basic needs, it's a short walk to major commercial outlets. I was teaching at Tec de Monterrey which was within easy walking distance. I was there for ten days, and in the middle Laura had cleaners come without additional cost to me. Laura was an excellent host, fast to respond, and always available to answer questions and address any concerns I had (I had none). If you are wanting to stay in the southern part of Mexico City, this is a great spot.
