Monthly Rentals in Iron City

We were visiting for our daughter’s graduation at UNA. This place was very nice and had just what we needed. We had a busy weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside but it was so peaceful that I wish we could have spent time on the porch and relaxing. Would stay here again.

Our stay at the Mermaid was so peaceful and beautiful. We could tell that our host put a lot of love into their space- even the tiny details. Plenty of different areas to relax and take in the gorgeous view. The hammock by the creek was our favorite in the evening (perfect for firefly viewing) and we could watch the sunrise together, without ever leaving the bed, in the morning. We came to spend the weekend- unwind and spend some quality time as a couple and this was the perfect place to achieve that! Highly recommend to others and we will definitely be back for a longer stay next time. Lovely host and home. Thank you Dorothy and Tim for sharing your space with us!

We absolutely loved our stay - it was amazing sitting out on the deck, enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Extremely private and peaceful, as well as being well equipped for a a great stay. We had a great nights rest and it is was a perfect location for travelling along the Natchez Trace. Will dream of staying here again one day!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin and cannot wait to go back. Julie was the friendliest host I have ever had! The property is beautiful and so peaceful. I have already recommended Julie to family and friends!
