Holiday rentals with a pool in Iowa

We had a great stay. Host was very responsive and sent clear instructions for checkin. Location was really good for a family reunion we were attending in Caledonia, MN. Whiel the house is on a highway next to a motel, it was very private and quiet in the house. House has 3 bedrooms (each with a queen size bed) as well as a basement with 2 queen beds, so there was plenty of room for all of us. Most of the house was very clean and neat. There were a ton of amenities and the kitchen was very well stocked. The only bad thing was that someone had put away dirty dishes in the cupboards and drawers. Since the guest is supposed to clean all dishes and put them away before leaving, I am assuming that the previous guests did this. However, the cleaners should probably check for this. I would stay here again if visitng relatives in MN.

Thank you for the great set up in your home for a fun filled family long weekend while we celebrated our son’s graduation. The home had a very large open floor plan which made for a great set up for our large family. They loved the huge sun porch with table and chairs, large backyard, hot tub, pool and we had a fire every night at the fire pit with s’mores. The home is clean and maintained well and it was easy to communicate with Hannah. Thanks so much for the great Airbnb!

This place was great for a girls weekend. The pool and deck area is a fun hangout.

Loved our stay. 2 days there were 13 of us definitely tested the capacity lots of room. My husband and I added a day , he seldom gets summer vacations. Bring blankets especially if people sleeping on couches. More kitchen stocking if doing a lot of cooking. The house was awesome one level especially the game room extra space. Two sleeper sofa’s would work in there. Lots of room for large groups. Fire pit and pool absolutely great. Patio and two doors on the poolside was very useful. I did call Douglas with a few questions, very accommodating and friendly.

This property was everything we hoped for and more! A beautiful, serene location with beautiful views of the golf course and an amazing pool! This host had the things often lacking at rental properties - bag clips, ziploc bags for leftover food, toiletries, sunscreen, pool floats - they thought of everything! The home and property were very clean and the home was spacious. We LOVED this spot for our book club get-away and we will definitely be back! Fantastic! 5+ stars!

The home is large and great for many people. The party barn was an amazing place to hang out with family and play games. The home and yard is very private, we saw deer running across the yard. The check in and check out was so easy.

We absolutely loved our time here. This place is a gem - 10/10. The host was very welcoming, had wonderful communication and went above and beyond for our stay. The house is incredible, the pool and hot tub were amazing and everything is maintained very well. I saw some reviews about there only being one bathroom with a shower, our group of ladies were aware and planned accordingly and it was no issue for us at all (there is more than one bathroom to clarify, just one with a shower). There are TONS of comfortable spots throughout the house to get ready. We had many plans to get out in Des Moines while visiting, and we truly just never wanted to leave the house, we were enjoying it that much. We are already looking for dates to come back next year. This condo is even better in person than in the pictures! The view of the lake is stunning and the deck is a wonderful, comfy place to hang out! The whole place was clean and comfy!

Ryan’s place was very clean and comfortable. We stayed with our family of four and had a great time. We were very grateful to have details thought out like providing detergent for the washer and dryer, and soap for the dishwasher. The patio view was amazing in the mornings in the evenings. Great proximity to the water park and restaurants.

Great place to stay! Beautiful view, walking distance to restaurants/pool/etc., enough space for the whole family, very clean and had everything we needed & more. We would definitely stay here again! Beautiful home.

Great location and easy to get to all main attractions. Parking can be a bit tricky because it’s a busy place, however we did not try to use underground parking. We were unable to use the outdoor water park of bridges bay due to cold weather and it was still off season so be sure to check water park hours if planning to utilize. Deck is an amazing place to hang out and there was plenty of room for all the guests. Would definitely stay here again.
