Seth was a great host. Check-in was easy. He checked on us after the first night and quickly responded to our one request.

Great place to stay for any activities surrounding Iowa City and North Liberty. Bike trail next to house with private, peaceful surroundings. Great kitchen with a huge basement able to accommodate many people at any level of the home. We will be back again!

This home on the lake was a great retreat for my wife and I to meet up with our children and grandchildren. It is a quiet location away from traffic with a beautiful view of the lake. With no one staying the night before, Kim was very accommodating for our family. My wife would love to do this a couple of times a year.

I booked this cabin for my Bachelorette/Bridal Shower weekend & it was perfect! There was more than enough room and it felt so homey. Couldn’t recommend this enough to anyone looking to gather with a large group in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area - West Branch is not too far! The vineyard and setting is also beautiful. We had everything we needed and the host always answered my questions to prepare for our stay. I would stay here again!

Everything was as expected, Jeremy was very informative. Fast to answer any questions and very accommodating to our girls wrestling team. We would definitely rebook if he would have us again thank you.

What a wonderful stay! The host was great with spot on directions and tips for fun in the area. The house is a hidden gem! On the quiet part of the lake with great fishing and tons of room to paddle and play. The common areas of the house were excellent for gathering and being together. The rest of the house was ideal for everyone to have their own space and worked great for kiddos big or small to crash early or sleep late as needed. We’ll be booking again!

This was our 3rd time staying at the Clausen House with our kids and grandkids. It’s great every time. The house is very clean and well stocked with all we need. The kitchen is great and the dining room table is big enough for all grandkids and most adults. The front porch is a favorite and the proximity to City Park is great! We can walk to it. We are making great memories here. Thank you!

I cannot even begin to explain how incredible of stay this was for me and my friends and family. Nancy’s home was so welcoming, and well set up with anything you could possibly need. On top of that, it was beautiful and serene and a little foal was there in the field to greet us when we arrived! The amenities were stunning and the setting was welcoming. I only wished I could have stayed longer.

The entire experience was great. The house and amenities were great. The host instructions were right on and no problems. I will definitely stay here again. Great house and location.

Great stay! Nice, big house, which was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Friendly and responsive host—let us check in early. Fenced yard was good for our dogs, and being able to park in the garage was nice.

After a long day of biking it was awesome to pull up to this charming home. This welcoming home has ample space, was very clean and full of character. The beds were super comfy! Enjoyed our summer evening on the back porch, taking in the peace and quiet. Although we were only there for one night, we could easily have stayed several in this comfortable home.

My family and I had an unforgettable stay at Amy's place. It was perfect for our party of 6. The house has a spacious, open living/dining/kitchen area. Plus the bedrooms are quiet and spacious, too. Great showers with strong water pressure and those towels others have mentioned! We loved everything about this place and plan to return in the future. The house is even nicer than the photos show, and it's on a beautiful, peaceful land. And Amy was one of the best AirBnB hosts I've ever stayed with. She was helpful and kind, and we are grateful for this experience.

We were in Iowa from Texas for a graduation in a nearby town. RView Farm was the perfect place for our family to stay. We loved the peaceful setting. Our kids ran and played outside for hours and the fire pit extended our time outside even at night. The beautiful deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee and sunshine and our favorite place to eat our meals while enjoying all the lovely bird song. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets for a cozy movie night when it was stormy out. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, as well as a table big enough for our family of 6. It was a wonderful stay. We highly recommend!!

We had a great stay. Host was very responsive and sent clear instructions for checkin. Location was really good for a family reunion we were attending in Caledonia, MN. Whiel the house is on a highway next to a motel, it was very private and quiet in the house. House has 3 bedrooms (each with a queen size bed) as well as a basement with 2 queen beds, so there was plenty of room for all of us. Most of the house was very clean and neat. There were a ton of amenities and the kitchen was very well stocked. The only bad thing was that someone had put away dirty dishes in the cupboards and drawers. Since the guest is supposed to clean all dishes and put them away before leaving, I am assuming that the previous guests did this. However, the cleaners should probably check for this. I would stay here again if visitng relatives in MN.

Christian and Melissa have a beautiful home with an amazing selection of amenities. My friends and I felt right at home and had an amazing weekend enjoying the pool, hot tub and back patio. Hoping to come visit again once the lake is no longer under construction! Would highly recommend!

This property was everything we hoped for and more! A beautiful, serene location with beautiful views of the golf course and an amazing pool! This host had the things often lacking at rental properties - bag clips, ziploc bags for leftover food, toiletries, sunscreen, pool floats - they thought of everything! The home and property were very clean and the home was spacious. We LOVED this spot for our book club get-away and we will definitely be back! Fantastic! 5+ stars!

Tycha’s home was perfect for our group. Our only regret was that we couldn’t spend more time there! The home had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was pristine! The pool was absolutely gorgeous.

This was a phenomenal property! I wasn't sure before booking, due to the shared space aspect of the place, but it was not a problem at all. Even though the owners are on site (in the other, smaller house), they were unobtrusive. Jayden was very quick to respond to messages, and she was flexible with our requests. The space itself is a dream. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit are amazing. We also loved the amount of bathrooms and bedrooms on property. We had 9 guests in our group, but we never felt crammed at all. It was a spectacular stay all around!

I cannot say enough great things about the Ranchview Inn & their management. From the "Welcome" farm fresh eggs to the management of the pool in a rare, deluge Thunderstorm; Mooney, Royce and Zach were so attentive! Let me share how we enjoyed this beautiful place! I actually live in Webster City. We hosted our daughter's wedding party at the Inn. We started Thursday evening with a family pasta meal prepared in the lavish kitchen. Starting Friday, the guys stayed in the lower level bedrooms with connected man cave and gals were on the main level. Both the bride and groom stayed and were able to maintain no contact on wedding day, assisted by the 2 entries to the lower level. Local Hair & Makeup artists arrived Saturday morning for the gals, utilizing the natural light in the Great Room. The guys headed to the golf course! After lunch, the wedding party dressed and headed for the church! (Yes, there was enough bathrooms!) You will not be disappointed with the Ranchview Inn!
