Loft holiday rentals in Iowa

Delphina's apartment has been our favorite place to stay in Grinnell. It is always spotlessly clean and is close to everywhere we want to be. Delphina is a friendly and responsive hostess and the pride she takes in her renovated apartments is apparent!

This was our final trip to Grinnell as our grandson has graduated, but for four years Delphina's Lofts have been our home away from home. She is, hands down, the best Airbnb host we've ever had. She is very involved and attentive to her guests needs. Her units are extremely convenient, comfortable, attractively decorated and well appointed. We highly recommend Delphina's Lofts.

This place was great. We were coming in for graduation weekend and plans were changing consistently but this reservation was the one consistent. It isn't that it is such a great place but it is the little touches that goes a long way to show that Kathy is thoughtful from the handsoap to the shampoo...which I forgot at home! Thank you for such a great accomodation.

We enjoyed our stay in Melissa's space. The photos were accurate, the space was clean, the kitchen was well-appointed with all we needed as far as plates, utensils, etc. plus delicious coffee add ins. Both beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. The rooftop patio is a cute little extra, and the skylights in the main space are very cool. Check-in time was flexible and super easy. The listing is a studio, but it is very spacious and everyone in our group of four had plenty of room. It is also in the downtown area and close to the river---walking to shops or places to eat is a great option, as is walking and exploring along the river. We would definitely stay again.

This place is truly stunning and matches the photos perfectly. The beds are comfortable, and there are ample blankets and sheets for a cozy stay. The restroom is clean, and the convenience of a washer and dryer adds to the appeal. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal preparation a breeze, and the beautiful dining table enhances the dining experience. With hardwood floors and a skylight ceiling, the space exudes charm. The host is exceptional, accommodating requests and responding quickly to any inquiries.

We stayed here while working on a project at the new elementary school. It’s located just down the road from all the main town shops and right across the street from the river.

The lofts are my favorite place to stay when visiting my daughter at Grinnell!

Great place to stay in downtown! So close to walk about the downtown restaurants. Very clean and had everything we needed! Will definitely stay here again!

A great location for visiting the many parks in the surrounding area. Less than a 10 minute drive to Effigy Mounds National Mounument or Pikes Peak State Park. The space was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Summer was friendly and offered easy instructions for checking in and out. If we're ever visiting the area again, we would definitely consider booking another stay here.

This is the best Airbnb EVER! it’s a magical space, has such a beautiful feel, is in walking distance from the square, and the host is so generous and lovely. Truly a tremendous value and all time favorite.

Beautiful place, owners have a lot of class and it shows! have travelled to a lot of countries and places and by far one of the best places i have ever stayed!!!

One of the things I enjoy about renting a vacation home is staying in a home that is completely different than my own. We have a modern rambler on acreage in an exurb. This rental reminds me of an NYC Greenage Village Loft which is an unusual vibe for a small city like Dubuque and great fun for 3-night getaway. Loved the beams and 12ft plus ceilings with exposed rafters! We held a small breakfast for Nita's 5 sisters, brother & a few adult "kids". The large table and cool main room & kitchen worked great. Everyone loved the unique vibe of the loft! Nita, I and Joe had plenty of space for the 3 of us who actually stayed there. The place could easily accommodate 6 plus adults. We grew up in Dubuque and only get back once every couple years but always enjoy its hills & river setting and 1860s historic vibe. I enjoyed fly fishing the nearby gorgeous Swiss Valley Nature Preserve stream. We will always love Eagle Point Park and Grandview drive. Great long weekend & Loft!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s and this was one of my all time faves. I loved the brightness, large closet to keep all of our clothes, the high ceilings, cleanliness, and home decor that resembled my own and made me feel right at home. This place was amazing! I’d love to stay again!

I had an amazing time in Fairfield. The loft was great, amazing and clean. The only thing that I hated was that a Cow’s skeleton head was hanged on the wall. That was the only thing that makes the living room to be uncomfortable. Even though the living room looks luxurious but when you face towards the wall where the Cows Skeleton was hanging it makes the place look uglier and uncomfortable. Overall the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen is clean, and the host replies quickly.
