Monthly Rentals in Iowa City

Johnson House was very comfortable. There's a nice backyard and a handful of balls and a bocci set. The kitchen, bed, and bath were very functional. It was nice to be able to do laundry,play board games, and watch cable TV. Shevaun is an excellent host!

Loved our stay. House was clean and easy to find. Bed was very comfortable! Would stay here again if ever in the area once more.

This rental was perfect for our stay. Bo and Guei are really wonderful hosts. We met them briefly and they were very welcoming to us. The place is located on a very quiet, tree lined neugh bird good of Oroville. There is plenty of parking on the street. The kitchen is bright and the bedroom is cozy. The front entrance has a screen door that we used to let fresh air in. Overall, the place is very peaceful. We had a really nice stay here and definitely recommend this place.

This was my second stay at the Lotus and always a treat! In a great historic area great for walking, checking out the Spice Shop and having a great meal and drink at a vintage Saloon! A peaceful place to stay on MARYSVILLE that makes the visit seem like home with a stocked kitchen and full size fridge!
