Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

Our second stay at Casa Ramona, which fit our needs perfectly. We were in Jacksonville for a surgery visit to Mayo Clinic, and this place was our base of operations, for family and friends who came to provide care for my wife before and after her surgery. It had everything we needed, well equipped, very clean, and easy access to Mayo. We have another procedure in the fall and we’ll definitely stay here again if it’s available when we come back.

Klaudia was great! She was very responsive and even gave us restaurant recommendations. Everything looked just as pictured and we had a great stay!

10/10 stay — would 100% stay again! I had flight delays and needed to push back my check-in and check-out date by a day and Jason and Erin were so accommodating and communicative. The house was even more gorgeous in person and extremely clean. Had everything we could've needed and more including beach gear. The pool was absolutely ideal & the beach was so close! Very clear instructions. Check-out procedures were a breeze. Thank you both!

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The location was perfect, with the beach, attractions, restaurants, and the pier just minutes away. Everything was as described, and the convenience of nearby attractions made our visit unforgettable. We can't wait to return and explore more. Five stars all the way!

This was the perfect place for our family getaway! We traveled with our 18-month-old, and having access to all the baby gear made things so much easier. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to the beach, grocery stores, and nearby cities! The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was well stocked with everything you could need for a fun-filled Florida vacation / beach day-- like beach toys, coolers, a canopy, and cruisers. The only downside was the mattresses being very firm, which left us with a few backaches—but overall, it was a wonderful stay and we'd definitely come back!

A perfect spot for a girls’ weekend! Literally 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, Publix and plenty of restaurants a short walk, drive or Uber away.

Prime Location. I had a lovely stay , with a stunning view. The host went above and beyond with accommodations, completely faceless. Decorated to a T! I would book again.

We appreciated the hosts’ communication and understanding with some flight delays we experienced. Will plan to book again for our next trip to Jacksonville!

The rental was very clean and has great amenities!!! Nice pool and workout room. The bed was super comfortable!!

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

Nice location within walking distance to the beach. Nicely furnished with all the amenities needed. Area felt safe and the host was a great communicator.

I had a great stay! This was my second time staying at this Airbnb, the first was back in 2020, though it was hosted by someone else at the time. Nonetheless, my husband and I truly enjoyed our visit. The space was comfortable, and everything met our expectations.

We had a great stay. The condo was lovely, clean and beautifully appointed. Our host was very helpful and communicative. We loved the area and the property overlooking the gorgeous pool. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

If you will be traveling to Ponte Vedra area for any reason at all-you have to stay at Vanessa’s condo!! Perfect for 2-everything was amazing! Proximity to beach and restaurants were a definite plus.! Early morning walks on the beach -steps away combined with coffee/cocktails on balcony were so peaceful & relaxing! The condo itself was an adorable,pristine studio with a kitchen with so many nice “extras” that made our stay so welcoming. Can’t say enough about Vanessa - she went above and beyond in her communication before our visit and that continued during our stay! She even contacted us about an upcoming storm that could delay our arrival to an event we were attending! Will definitely be our go-to when we are traveling in the area! This condo is the perfect beach getaway on Jax Beach! Comfy beds, all the amenities, and just literally out the back door to the beach. Bruce and Pamela were always responsive and very friendly. We would happily book this condo again the next time we are in Jacksonville.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

My family of 4 absolutely loved this place!! We all felt right at home. It had everything we needed, including 1 minute or less walk to the nearest pool and a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The wagon and beach toys/chairs were so handy. We loved the patio and comfy beds. We slept so good there! Everything was so clean and well decorated. We will definitely come back!
