Had a great week-long stay at Annika's place in Wessling. Very clean, functional, nicely decorated, and no problem for three adults. As advertised. S-bahn several minutes' walk away (approx. 30 minutes to Muenchen Hauptbahnhof on the S8). Grocery right around the corner. Bakery down the street. Couple nice restaurants as well. Lovely cafe right across the street on the water. Great imbiss/stube nearby on the water. Overall, great location and place to stay. Again, easy trip into the city, yet very peaceful out in the Bavarian countryside. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommended. We recently stayed at Wolfgang and Andrea’s loft while visiting Munich from the US with my wife and our three kids, and I can’t say enough great things about our experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The loft was exactly as described—beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Wolfgang personally greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the space, which was a wonderful touch. They had even stocked the fridge with sparkling water and wine, and left snacks for the kids—such thoughtful hospitality! Transportation was a breeze. We had easy access to everything we wanted to do in the city, which made exploring Munich with a family smooth and stress-free. The host’s communication was excellent—prompt, clear, and friendly. Their instructions were incredibly helpful and detailed, showing just how much care they put into making sure guests have an outstanding experience. They are definitely 5-Star!

Great, lovingly designed space. Private parking. Everything picco bello. Centrally located to the lake and other excursion destinations. We had great weather and were allowed to use the bike and even the garden. The check-in was hassle-free and the two were immediately available. We highly recommend the place.

Great loft apartment. The people from the small village are very friendly. With countryside walks close by and a large variety of birds this location is amazing. The lake is approx 1km away and loads of waterside choices from ice cream to restaurants. I had a 4 week stay for business purposes, and except for the fact that I was missing my own home, I could have stayed longer. The only negative thing I would add is this. The fridge is in the same living space as the sleeping space and is quite noisy with the stop starting throughout the night. Thank you Stefan and Cornelia for a memorial experience.

The apartment is great, furnished with great attention to detail. We felt right at home It invites you to linger longer. There was nothing missing. The existing equipment leaves nothing to be desired. In particular, the kitchen equipment goes beyond basic equipment. The contact to and with Alexandra was very courteous and friendly. She gave us good advice for activities and restaurants in the area. We thank you very much for the friendly welcome and recommend it to everyone!

Our hostess was really sweet and accommodating and helped us immediately with a small problem with the Internet and also offered us peppermint and lemon balm from her own garden. So she was all around concerned about our well-being and that we have a nice, relaxed stay. The communication was completely straightforward. It was a wonderful trip and the apartment offered the cozy retreat you need after a busy day of excursions. :-)

Barbara is a very welcoming and friendly host. She took very good care of us with kindness and attention. Its rental is true to the description. There is all the necessary equipment. The environment is peaceful and calm. The atmosphere around the lake is very pleasant, with several villages, walks, restaurants, activities. The journey to Munich takes 35-40 minutes and is very simple. An ideal destination to discover the region and the city of Munich. We highly recommend it!

The apartment is great. Everything is very clean and the amenities are great. A big plus for us is that there are fly screens on almost all windows! We will certainly book this apartment more often.

Unfortunately, we were only in Laura's accommodation for one night, but we felt very comfortable there and would have liked to stay longer. A small welcome greeting awaited us, and the apartment was as described: well equipped, very nice, tasteful & super clean. The contact with Laura was totally nice and uncomplicated. The check-in was totally flexible and the check-out was also uncomplicated.

The apartment is chic, modern and very thoughtfully furnished. In the kitchen there was everything you need for cooking. Due to the good location, you could easily explore nearby villages and then relax wonderfully in the cozy apartment. The flyers and travel guides provided for daily planning were particularly helpful. Even with questions, they helped quickly and kindly – the hosts were really warm and committed.

Maxi's accommodation is perfect, comfortable Beds, well-equipped kitchen and everything very clean and modern. Especially with a child, a great apartment, we felt very comfortable. Communication with Maxi is super uncomplicated. Everything as described or shown in the photos. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice apartment located 40 minutes' drive from Munich and which allowed us to have a pleasant stay in the Champions League. Thomas is a very welcoming and understanding host. We were 5 people (4 adults and 1 child) and we did not lack space. The apartment is located in an extremely quiet and relaxing place. I recommend it 200%.

It's a very quiet place. I advise all those who go on business trips and travels.

After the warm welcome, we felt right at home. Markus and Birgit are very friendly and helpful hosts who always had time for a nice conversation. The family dog Mika is an absolute gem and our Dobby had a great playmate in him. The apartment is perfect and very lovingly furnished. There's really nothing missing. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom, a large balcony and a cozy bedroom. There were even extra towels for our four-legged friend. We have never stayed in an Airbnb that was so super clean. We can really recommend Markus and Birgit's apartment to anyone who wants to vacation in this area and we certainly won't be here for the last time. We thank you for the great time. We were more than satisfied! The apartment is beautiful – modern, stylishly furnished and absolutely clean. The service was truly exceptional - we have rarely been received with such friendliness, helpfulness and attentiveness. Everything went smoothly, and you can tell that they put their heart and soul into their work. We would love to come back – a very clear recommendation!

The house is as it appears in the photos. Everything is very neat and nicely decorated. The quiet area, close to a supermarket and cafes and a few minutes by car from the highway. Spacious parking. Very good and fast communication with the owner. I would repeat. The kitchenware is somewhat scarce.

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We had a very nice stay. The home was clean and the location is fantastic. Only downside during our stay was that the elevator was not operational and we had to lug our bags up five flights of stairs. Our host was very accommodating, however, and did help us bring everything up and we had no issues during our stay. Augsburg is a beautiful city and this was a beautiful home. We are so thankful they allow us to stay there.

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

This was an ideal spot for our month in Munich. It's in a quiet residential area steps from a peaceful park and just blocks from the UBahn. The apartment is immaculate, comfortable and quiet. Everything we needed was available and our host was welcoming and accessible. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
