Fantastic place to stay and a great accommodation. Hot tub was a one heated by fire, which takes a long time to heat up, which I would say is the only draw back. Otherwise the entire place is fantastic and would stay again.

We are a family for three generations with a total of 12 people who visited the host couple Anna and Erik's amazing house. For questions, the host couple responds directly and is incredibly service-minded, which is greatly appreciated. During our stay, the host couple also visited to make sure everything was fine and ask even if there was anything we were missing or needed help with. As for the house, it is super modern and complete with everything that might be desired. The location of the house is about 150 meters to the children's slopes and lift system up in the mountains, which is perfect for generation skiing when everyone can easily meet at lunch for change of ski partners for the afternoon. If you want a perfect accommodation with proximity to the lift system and slopes as well as a fantastic host couple, book directly without hesitation. Finally, we want to express a big thank you to you Anna and Erik who made our three generation ski trip to Trysil a success and everyone we would love to come back and visit you again next year / winter 2026.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stein's place during our recent skiing trip to Trysil! Stein was an exceptional host – incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist immediately with any questions or needs we had. His responsiveness made our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The accommodation offered fantastic value for money. While it's located about 10km from the main Trysil centre, this was actually perfect for us as we travelled by car. It provided easy access to the ski areas and the surrounding beautiful nature, while being away from the busiest spots. If you have your own transportation, I wholeheartedly recommend Stein's place.
