Monthly Rentals in Île aux Cygnes

It’s in a great location, 2min walk to Metro and RER stations and a bus stop down the street making it easy to visit the must see places of Paris. It’s in a quiet residential area, perfect after a very tiring day. Upclose view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed during our stay. We were very happy about the place. We left the city for a couple of days, went to south of France, when we came back we stayed with Francois again. We didn’t bother to look anywhere else. Definitely deserves a 5star rating.

My wife and I felt right at home at Toni's gorgeous flat on the river! Walking distance to Eiffel tower, 10-15 minute walk away from some excellent cafes and boulangeries. Beautiful view of the Seine right in front and the Eiffel Tower to the right. Would love to come back again one day!

We had a great stay at Alex’s place! The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible! Although we had a busy schedule while in Paris we made time to sit and enjoy both breakfast and wine on the balcony. Very close to the metro, local markets, and restaurants which was super convenient!

Great location for my visit, great value and Cino very helpful with great communication. Completely stress-free business trip.
