Welcome to this large refurbished studio with a balcony in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, very functional and clean. Large windows, equipped kitchen (washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine...). Large TV and very fast Wi-Fi, very comfortable and high-end 140/200 pull-out bed. Bed made on arrival with Egyptian cotton sheets. Parallel to the Seine, behind Radio France and 3-min walk to Pont de Javel Very nice furnished balcony.

My accommodation is a studio located on the 3rd floor of an old building in a charming cul-de-sac with interior courtyard. You are 5 minutes' walk to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro in a very commercial and lively street. You'll love my place because of its brightness and quietness in the charming dead end of the Quarries. My place is perfect for couples and solo travelers. Ability to add a mattress for a third person

Cozy studio 16th arrondissement

Located only a 15-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and Metro 6 and 9 as well as the RerC (serving all of Paris), this small apartment overlooking the courtyard, is located at the top of a building (7th floor without elevator!!!!!). It is very bright and quiet. I made a cozy and functional decoration so that everyone could feel at home there. It has plenty of storage as well as an equipped bathroom and kitchen.

Happy is a very kind and thoughtful host. She responded quickly to all my questions and was flexible and accommodating throughout my stay. I feel so lucky to have spent my first time in Paris at her lovely home. I also enjoyed a wonderful time with her adorable pets. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable—I was able to relax and feel at home. If I come back to Paris, I would definitely love to stay at Happy’s place again. The location is just wonderful! Two metro stations serving 3 lines are only 5-7 minutes walk away. Thanks to Pascal's amazingly detailed and illustrated instructions, it was quite easy to find. The room is small, but clean and tidy. It has many things that will make your stay comfortable: microwave, kettle, fridge, fan, iron and even an ironing board. And even an umbrella :) The bathroom and toilet are shared, but I did not suffer from it. My special thanks to Pascal and Corinne for their friendliness and hospitality.

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

I had a lovely stay with Marie-Annick for seven weeks while I was doing research in Paris. As depicted in the photos, the bedroom is large and comfortable and has lots of light; in addition, it is equipped it with very useful amenities like a kettle, a desk, a chair et. Throughout my stay, Marie-Annick was a wonderful flat mate and host, always on hand to offer help and advice - it was a pleasure living with her, and I strongly recommend the apartment!

An absolute delight to stay in Carole's art-filled and art-infused space. Amazing location, clean and comfortable. Carole was wonderfully helpful and flexible with checking in and out of the space. Although I only made a fleeting one night stay, top of my list for a return visit! Highly recommend.
