Monthly Rentals in Huxley

Sonya’s place was perfect for our weekend trip to visit friends. Perfectly clean, really comfy (and huge!) bed, and overall a lovely peaceful setting with birdsong and sheep! Sonya even left some toys for our daughter to play with. Would definitely recommend

Lovely place. Great for exploring the Chester area. Jo was super helpful and clear with instructions/recommendations. She was also really responsive and friendly. The place was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Really appreciate that toddlers/small children were thought of with the built in stair gates, highchair, travel cot, bath toys etc. Comfy beds and good shower pressure also! Would highly recommend this place and I think Jo is a brilliant host

there were 3 /4 in our party of retirees walking the Sandstone Trail using 2 cars to get to start / end of each days walk. we stayed 3 nights. the accommodation was chosen because it was roughly halfway along the 34 mile north / south route, and just about 10 mins drive from Tarporley, which is directly on the route itself. in terms of those logistics it worked really well. the accommodation itself was just what we needed...a well equiped kitchen where we could do some breakfast and evening meals. unfortunately the weather wasnt quite warm enough to allow us sit in the garden to eat, but there was room for all of us around the dining table to eat togetger. bedrooms and bathroom were very good too. the Pheasant pub 5 mins away was very good too. warmly recommend!

We had a perfect 1 night stay here whilst visiting Chester Zoo which is only a 20 minute drive away! The check in was super easy, the accommodation was lovely and spotless with additional extras provided such as porridge, biscuits and milk which were a nice treat! We were lucky with the weather so sat on the outside seating next to the pond which was so tranquil. The location is beautiful and both hosts are very friendly. We would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay here again if we were ever that way. Thank you for a great stay 🙂
