Lovely self contained, spacious and clean accommodation. Very well equipped kitchen. Well suited to either long or short stays. The village has two lovely pubs/restaurants and a very good fish and shop - also a Co Op. All are walkable within 10 minutes. Ann herself is a great host - with clear and fast communication.

The flat was ideal for my stay in Leamington with everything I needed & ideally located within walking distance of the town. I would highly recommend it and will certainly look to rent it again when I am next back from Australia to visit my daughter & grand boys who live in Leamington. Thank you

We had a lovely stay at the cottage- it was quiet, peaceful and provided us with a restful week while we were there. It is also dog friendly which was a bonus! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere located conveniently close to Leamington/ Warwick and the surrounding areas.

Me and my family stayed at this house as we had a wedding near by. The house is beautiful and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The kids absolutely loved the garden and the playroom. The host was super responsive and happy to answer any questions we had in the lead up to the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property in the future!
