Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Hudson Valley

This place is fantastic. We needed a place while we renovate our home. The staff is fantastic, the apartments really nice and spacious. Amenities are great too. Commute is super easy to Manhattan …walk to express bus and less than 30 min. Highly recommend.

We had such a nice stay. The studio was adorable, clean, and had everything we needed. There was even coffee and a brewer which was amazing to wake up to after getting in very late the night before. Everything about the stay was seamless and easy. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit the area.

I stayed for the month of April with my dog and everything was great. The grounds are well maintained and the building has a ton of amenities including garage parking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental!

It's a good value in a quiet neighborhood. Sure, the nearby train and traffic from the main road can be a little unpleasant, and the spotty cell service isn't ideal. But the place itself is great for cooking meals, cleaning up, and getting some good rest. Also with it being two floors and well spread out it felt very spacious, but still cozy on rainy days. The only downside were the few ants who wandered the kitchen while I was there, but they mostly kept to themselves. All in all, I'd gladly stay here again with my pup.

Very cozy and charming place with a beautiful cabin feel. The bed and linens were especially very comfortable and we slept wonderful during our stay. Free use of kayaks, paddle boards, pool and hot tub was also awesome.

Rick and Cindy's home is in a perfect location for exploring New Paltz and the surrounding area. The pool and hot tub were added bonuses -- as were Cindy's freshly-made muffins. Having fresh fruit, milk, coffee and other necessities available was a very nice touch. The setup of the space is different with an outdoor screened-in living room/porch and one bedroom adjacent to the kitchen, but it worked perfectly for us -- and was exactly as it had been described so it wasn't a surprise. Rick was always available and came outside to greet us and help with access to the pool, etc. The rooms/furnishings were as pictured.

Paul was amazing! He was very responsive. Everything turned out like it was supposed to be. I give him 5+ stars!

I stayed for a week & loved it. the apartment is a clean, cosy & unexpectedly quiet sanctuary with a supremely comfortable bed. The location is very convenient, in a leafy area of the East Village with a park at the end of the street. There's supermarkets, chemists, restaurants, bars, a Target & 2 subway stations all within 5-10 minutes walk. The apartment building is secure &, as a single female traveller, I felt very safe here & was confident exploring the local area on foot. It's an easy (picturesque) stroll to Grenwich Village & the subway gets you to Times Square/ Midtown in about 20 minutes The kitchen has everything you need for simple self catering, including a full sized fridge & coffee pod machine. I loved the balcony (a rare commodity in NY) & enjoyed having the door & window open to the spring sunshine. Check in/out was super easy & convenient. The hosts were helpful, friendly, responsive & & professional. Authentically New York & utterly charming!

Overall, beautiful apartment, very clean and well-maintained. Nice view, as the apartment is on the 15th floor. Only small issue was a lack of response from the owner /Management via Airbnb site. I had requested early check in the day prior and was told I would receive a response back but never did. And I reached out the day prior to leaving to ask for an hour late checkout, if possible, via the email that was sent to me from Management, but never heard a response.

6/12/2025 Our family truly enjoyed our stay at David's ! He was Very helpful with all of our questions and being from FL we had a few . The house was very Clean and Made us feel right at home .

I enjoyed the stay just wish they were more clear on the wifi and code to get in didn’t work so I had call and wait 15 mins just to get a new one. The wifi bothered me because this was a very expensive place and it was the first stay I didn’t have access to it
