Recently updated property with renovations matching the photos. They also update two Victorian houses in the front of the property that were updated and used as rooms. Price was great and mostly everything matched the photos on the site and google. For the price it was a great stay.

We loved our stay at the Palmer House. The room was clean and had all of the amenities listed. There were many restaurants in the area and lots of shopping nearby. It was the perfect room for our needs for a weekend in Manchester. We would definitely stay here again.

The Palmer House Resort was a great place to stay for my ski weekend in southern VT. We drove about 20 minutes each to Magic Mountain one day and Stratton the next, and while I wouldn't call this a luxury resort, it was a fantastic alternative to staying at a ski resort in terms of value. The staff were very polite and accommodating, the rooms were clean and as advertised, and we enjoyed being within walking distance to bars and restaurants in Manchester. We were also pleasantly surprised by the continental breakfast. I'd happily stay here again.

It was truly awesome to see a well done renovation of a 1950’s motel. The host and reception folks were outstanding. We had fun playing golf and sitting around the fire pit. Loved the place

Great place! Close to downtown, check in was easy, and place was clean. Cool activities on the site for just hanging at the place!

We had a beautiful time at the Sundowner! Loved the proximity to the lake and all the fun restaurants nearby.. (MooseTooth) We also loved taking out the rowboat, making smores with our son at the fire pit, and catching the Minnehaha steamboat cruise. Robert communicates super well and was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a memorable, sweet stay! 🌞👍🏼👍🏼

The motel was in a great location. Perfect walking distance if the village. The room was so beautiful and clean. The beds we sp comfortable as well. It was everything and more that was described on the listing.

We had a nice stay, the room decor was super cozy and matched the photos online! The kitchen was perfect for our needs. Robert was a wonderful host, very friendly and well informed. The only thing I have to address is the noise of the barn style bathroom doors! You can hear them all around you from the rooms near by. Sadly , just a poor design choice for a Motel. They are hard to maneuver and lock, which causes quite a lot of noise throughout the night. We always travel with a fan for white noise and could still hear our neighbors. If you sleep like a log then no worries 😉, just be advised. That aside, we did have a nice stay at Sundowner. Great location just a few minutes walk to the heart center of Lake George. Thanks for hosting us!!

We enjoyed our stay at this location, which is embedded in a motel resort. The rooms were very large and had a cabin-like feel. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were very clean. One thing we will note, is that from the bedroom on the right, the walls are quite thin and you can hear into the other room. Otherwise, would recommend staying here!

This was a cabin style 2 bedroom in an inn. The rooms were completely upgraded and clean. The master bedroom was spacious with a window high up to the living room and the kitchen. The other bedroom was quite large, our three children felt like they were in a cabin. When I booked this place, I thought it was a standalone house. But it worked out perfectly as we had access to the lakefront, the grills kayaks, the pool and a hot tub. The location is perfect for getting around Lake George walking distance too many local attractions. I would stay at this location again.

This spot was such a gem - we will definitely be back! We needed a spot overnight to sleep, but wish we had more time to explore the hikes and amenities. We had a cabin to ourselves, which was perfect and very cozy. The cabin is part of the Jiminy Peak resort- the check-in is at the Country Inn!

Mikaela was the most thoughtful and sweetest guest I’ve had since joining Airbnb. There were nice amenities and overall thoughtful gestures she added to the room that made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Her responses were extremely quick and with great consideration. Not much to say but just great Maxx was always responsive! The location was promised and clean as he promised!

This is a room at the Kartrite resort and waterpark, just listed on airbnb. When I checked in to the resort, I did not reference airbnb at all...I just gave my name and ID and credit card as you would any hotel. The price seemed similar to what you'd pay if directly booked with the resort. I booked this way bc I had a $100 coupon to airbnb. Maybe you'd have similar motivation. The room includes 4 water park passes. Hours for the park 11 am - 7 pm, so that seemed a bit early to close and a bit late in the morning. Check out of the room is 11 AM, so you have to bring bags out to your vehicle and use lockers and changing rooms for belongings. We had fun at the water park (adult + 2 boys age 11 and 9). None of this reflects on the "host" one way or another, since as stated this is just a means to stay at the resort.

Sarah is incredibly responsive, addressing questions quickly, and accommodating unique needs for all guests. This was also our fist time to Jiminy Peak and it is a great area with lots to do. We will visit again.

It was outstanding ..location location location - beautiful hotel - if I could give it 12/10 I would - will Def return - Thank you Bruce
