Bungalow holiday rentals in Hudson Valley

Good getaway spot for a weekend in the winter. The area was quiet and private. Not too many people around which was great. Not far from downtown Lake George and 15 min from Bolton Landing. Place was clean and had everything we wanted! We will go again at some point! Beautiful views if you walk towards the water. Fireplace worked well. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. All basic amenities provided.

Donna was honestly the best host I’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. She was thoughtful, kind, responsive, and seems like a very nice person. They had even snacks and food available for us. All of the personal touches really made you feel welcome and at home- like you were staying with a friend- not just renting out a cold stranger’s house. The space was clean and quiet. It was a wonderful experience for us. We will visit again when we can!

We had a lovely time and were very impressed with Gabrielle's response time when we had questions. I plan on returning next year!

Echo Lake had become a very special trip for my family. We appreciate that the kitchen stuff is as nice as our stuff at home! No internet this time, but we didn't have any trouble using a hot spot. It was great to have a safe vacation during all this. Thanks again, we can't wait to come back

Nice cottage on water, scenic channel in back, large tides, beach atmosphere, totally good. Fairfield is a nice town 10 mins drive. friendly neighbours. Cool place, Not far from NYC. Thank you Nadia.

Spectacular water view! Nice outdoor space right on the lake. Cottage was pristine and had great amenities. Particularly appreciated the "hotel" touches like terry robes and a lavish welcome basket with wine and treats. Communication with the owner was prompt and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Dena’s place was just what we needed. We have family in the area but cannot stay with them because there is not space. The bungalow was exactly as described, very comfortable, and peaceful. We got in very late and had trouble with the keypad, but Dena lives on-site and came to save the day. The bed was comfortable, and had great pillows! Would definitely stay again!

This was just perfect for us. Very comfortable clean, well stocked as far as appliances and kitchen tools. Great backyard. Wish we had more time to enjoy.

Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated space. We had some issues with the tv but Trena was super friendly and responsive about it. It was exactly the space we were looking for when set out to book! Trena even left us fresh-baked chocolate chip bread and a lovely bottle of wine. Would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Miss Beverly's place. Very comfortable, well stocked and homemade treats! In addition to all that she supplied essentials (eggs, butter, english muffins, fruit, etc) to get us started. We would definitely stay here again!

This was great for our family! It is hard to travel with 3 dogs, but ours felt right at home. The cabin makes you feel like your miles from civilization yet you are 5 minutes from the high way. For us it was ideally located between family, and our dogs acclimated like they were in there own home. The kitchen was well equipped even though we did not make use of any thing other than the coffee maker, the toaster, and the fridge. The lake is beautiful, the area was quiet, and the neighbors were all friendly and quick to give a wave. We would stay here again if we are up in this area.

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect—just a few minutes walk to the beach. The home came stocked with everything we needed, plus thoughtful extras like beach passes, and complimentary coffee and sweets. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, including plenty of cookware, utensils, and basic pantry items, which made meals super easy. Also really enjoyed the fire pit and BBQ, which made for some great evenings. The kids absolutely loved the hot tub, and there was more than enough space for them to hang out and enjoy themselves. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and incredibly thoughtful. If you’re planning a trip to Long Beach, I’d highly recommend booking this place. We’ll definitely be staying here again for future trips! :)

This unit nestled in Brooklyn's Canarsie neighborhood is a great stay. I appreciated the walkable roads lined with lush mature trees and minutes from the Canarsie Pier. Things to know about this unit: a) Noisy. It is a downstairs unit of a bilevel structure. Apparently, flooring insulation was not used. Upstairs traffic can be throughout the day and intrusive. b) Parking. Assigned spot in rear of the house is a feat to get to, especially at night. I used free unassigned on-street parking. Pay attention to posted signage to ensure no tickets and avoid driveways/fire hydrants. c) Lighting. Outside illumination is sparse leading to the unit. Pay attention to the steps leading up to the side of the house. In the end of a stay, I ask myself: Would I stay here again? The answer for this unit is, Yes. Hope it helps. Cheers!
