Monthly Rentals in Howick

Fantastic. As well as being a comfortable place there were lots of extras, tea, sugar, coffee, two types of cereal, bathroom products, clean crisp bed linen and a neat little place to stay. So good where lucky enough to be able to book another week.

Home from home. Debbie was a brilliant host. We enjoyed the dogs and the relaxed approach we had within the studio flat. There is plenty of space and light and everything we needed. Howick is a great area within walking distance , full of good cafes, restaurants and shops . The Saturday market is a must as is the beach which is also within walking distance . We would definitely return .

Great space, my mother stayed for a couple of weeks and extended her stay

My son and myself stayed at Stuart and Sue's property as it was close to the Howick Sailing Club where we were attending the 2025 Nationals of the Starling Yacht. It also provided two bedrooms that was a requirement we had. The property is a guest suite underneath Stuart and Sue's house and the facilities match the description on the listing. On entering the property we found it spotless, and a welcoming card along with some confectionery. Stuart and Sue introduced themselves to us soon after our arrival. The location was good, 5 minutes to the yacht club, and supermarkets very close. We ate out most of the time though had breakfast there and made lunches for the day. The only difficulty we had was dealing with the wet sailing gear at the end of the day. The listing is quite clear that there is no laundry facilities and we were aware of this.
