The suite is completely separate from the host's space and is part of a brand new 2-storey whole villa with an enclosed courtyard in a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood. The villa is located in Pakuranga Heights, East District, extremely convenient for transportation, Bus station is right at the doorstep, 5 minutes to the highway, 20 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to downtown and Auckland War Museum, 7 minutes to Half Moon Bay, and only 3 minutes away from Lloyd Elsmore Park, where you can enjoy the sun, grassy areas, walking trails, swimming, gym, duck pond and children's Playground, next to Highland Park shopping center with large foreign supermarket and Chinese supermarket.The nearest shopping mall, Pakuranga Plaza, is a four minute drive, with a night market every Saturday afternoon at 6pm, Botany Downs shopping mall is an eight minute drive, and Sylvia Park shopping mall is a ten minute drive. The suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette for simple cooking, air-conditioning, HD TV, guest fridge and free fiber optic Wi-Fi, plenty of free parking on the street.Brand new bed linens, they are washed after guests check out, to keep the room clean and tidy. Milk, bread, cereal, coffee, tea, fruit are prepared for guests to have breakfast for the first 3 days. The laundry room is on the side of the house, we are open when needed.

The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.

Bright sunny, warm rooms, located downstairs in our family home. It has a lounge with a Queen sofa bed, dining room table, full size fridge/freezer, your own private bathroom and a separate queen bedroom with kitchenette. There is a separate entranceway with off street parking. Located close to two family safe beaches and Howick Village. There are plenty of options for cafes, shopping and walking tracks. Everything you need is here. Two bedrooms,breakfast goodies,laundry,spa,large pool,large modern kitchen and new bathroom. Less than 5 minutes walk to train station. (Unfortunately the trains are not available until January 2024 due to track replacements however there is a bus service every 10mins into the city) Very quiet and private. Comfy beds and spacious living with separate dining area. Full use of sheltered tropical garden. Children love it here.
