Otter Spring on the Rainbow River

On a very wide part of the beautiful Rainbow River. Surrounded on 3 sides by state property forests. Very secluded with its very own spring 40 feet from the main dock. Boat and swim docks, a kayak launch, a wraparound porch with an outdoor dining area. Includes access to our paddle boards, kayak, and floats. And the interior has been recently completely remodeled and updated. The main house has a beautiful bedroom with views of the river and a 2 bed loft. The guest house has a king bed.

Private Tropical pool w/ Rainbow springs access

Welcome to the quiet community of Rio Vista. Close to town and restaurants as well as Rainbow River. The park is a 5 min. walk from house or you can drive your car or take the golf cart that has a trailer to pull your kayaks and canoe. The park has picnic tables, restroom and boat launch. After enjoying your day on the river come back and enjoy the beach entry salt pool. Pool heating $15 a night, golf cart $100 for 3 nights, $125 -4 nights $150- 5 nights $175-6nights $200 7 + nights.

Relax with the whole family. Entire house & large front/back yard. Less than a mile from six different waterfront restaurants and very comfy. Sleeps 7 a queen bed, twin over full, and a Queen sleeper sofa. Kayak rental, boat tour, snorkeling less than a mile away. House is 1.5 miles from rooftop dining, splash park, exercise equipment, playground. It's 10 miles from Weeki Wachee Mermaids, Buccaneer Bay. Less than 30 minutes from Busch Gardens/Adventure Island an hour and a half from Disney.

This home is nestled next to thousands of acres of wildlife bird sanctuary. There are kayak trails to follow for hours. Redfish, Sea trout and Mangrove snapper are abundant. This beautifully decorated home is well stocked with anything you may need. There are 2 Kayaks, one two person and one single, 2 adult bikes, and fishing equipment.

Cute, comfortable, and convenient home perfect for the whole family to relax in or kick off your adventures. Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad.
