Holiday rentals with a pool in Homosassa Springs

Booked the property for a mini vacation with family for my birthday weekend. We had the best time!! The house is beautiful and the views were spectacular. There were ample amenities provided to for a relaxing stay and the hosts, Alix and Summer, were both super nice and accommodating! 10/10 recommend this stay. Me and my family are definitely going to make this a regular booking!!

Kelly is an amazing host and the property is lovely. We had some issues but Kelly was hyper responsive with solutions and the property is just as nice as advertised (the pool is simply amazing). This was was a great home base to recharge and relax while we were in the area.

This place was perfect for our group of several families! The pool set up and outdoor living area were ideal for adults socializing while kids played in the pool. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with everything needed to cook. The two living spaces were also great for kids and adults to have their own space. The drive to Weeki Wachee state park was quick and easy. Sandra was a very responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Richards house was amazing!!! The pool was amazing. kitchen was nice, though we ate a lot to enjoy all the great restaurants. Loved having the privacy and our own space compared to a hotel. Would definately return. 🌞

The home was very welcoming. There are even doggie treats in the foyer as you walk in. Sandra has everything you would need. She is wonderful about responding. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a rental. The mattress was just right and they have down comforters and pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything. We loved the Espresso machine! So yummy! It is quiet on the end of a canal. We did not use the kayaks but did use the pool. We rented kayaks at Kings Bay so we could go to the springs. It really was a wonderful vacation. Thank you Sandra!

We loved the spaciousness of the place, it was very comfortable. We spent most of our time outdoors, the pool and lanai were wonderful. There was ample space for parking and our kayaks. We loved it and would definitely return.

Host was very responsive and willing to help resolve any issue we had. Beautiful scenery and lots of options for kids to play. Would book here again !

Krista and Michael provided a clean, spacious, well stocked place to stay while we visited Florida. The pool was the perfect place to relax after busy days at local attractions. The house had everything we needed to enjoy a week away from home. When the griddle wasn't working Krista immediately purchased a new one for us to use during our stay. We were extremely happy with our booking and would absolutely rent from them again. We traveled with 3 kids(including a baby) and the pool gate was a necessity. They had a pack n play, high chair and bedrooms perfect for young children. The layout of the house makes it feel very spacious and its location in a quiet neighborhood is the perfect driving distance to most activities in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Rich was a very great host and so responsive! He even offered to come over to fix the TV remote at 9:00 at night before I figured it out. The place was beautiful and so clean. The surrounding area was beautiful and perfect for my wife and 2 kids to go and enjoy some time together. I would definitely come back!

Loved our Gulf Island stay. Beautiful Pool, comfy King size bed and a wonderful private balcony overlooking the Gulf! Even though the kitchen is a little dated, it is clean & functional. We would definitely book again. Thanks!

We had a blast staying at this wonderful and beautiful house for four days. Gerri made the stay unforgettable! The place was clean, everything what we needed was there. The pictures are exactly how the house looks. I highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful scenery and to have a relaxing time in Inverness. I had a great stay! I loved the quiet location and easy access to everything I needed. The condo was exactly as described, and very clean.

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Pretty scenery from 1st floor. The amenities of the pool, and game room were family friendly. private beach , nature walk were a delight. Will definitely be back.

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.

Everything was great - check in was easy, customer service was perfect, prompt response to everything! The house was amazing! More comfortable couches would have been nice - but just a personal preference as I had leather but nice and easy to clean so I can understand that for a rental.

Very nice place and location was great. Pool was really cold but for this time of year it is to be suspected
