Conny was such a wonderful host for our girls trip! she had a beautiful home and stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a meal. the pool was very relaxing and clean! and the complementary wine and starter meal was a great touch!

This is a beautiful home and property, even better than the pictures. Mark provided all the information we needed to have a great trip. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were 6 kayaks available, one for each member of our party. Being on the water was a huge plus. We kayaked to the spring and spotted two groups of manatees along with other wild life. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will hopefully return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. The house was exactly what we were hoping, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean.

We were 4 adults, enjoyed the place for one night. Everything were great. We used all the amenities including the grill and the fire pit. Sleep was very comfy. The only short coming is the single bathroom. We missed that in the reservation, somehow we thought it has 2 bathrooms.

Booked the property for a mini vacation with family for my birthday weekend. We had the best time!! The house is beautiful and the views were spectacular. There were ample amenities provided to for a relaxing stay and the hosts, Alix and Summer, were both super nice and accommodating! 10/10 recommend this stay. Me and my family are definitely going to make this a regular booking!!

This place was perfect for our group of several families! The pool set up and outdoor living area were ideal for adults socializing while kids played in the pool. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with everything needed to cook. The two living spaces were also great for kids and adults to have their own space. The drive to Weeki Wachee state park was quick and easy. Sandra was a very responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Great stay. The place was exactly as described. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space relaxing in the pool and letting the dogs romp in the nice, private fenced yard.

Easy access to the River. Boat dock had plenty of room for my 26ft boat. Enjoyed having the pool and loved the layout of the house. This is a good home for a family or even if you have a few more guest with the split floor plan. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for everything,Enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

The home is exactly as described in the listing: home was clean and came with all the boats and tubes for a fun time on the river! Lots of life jackets and goggles to use if you dont have your own. publix and walmart are a short drive in town about 10 min. The home is at the end of a small deadend couldesac with a rental on 1 side and an abandoned house on the other, beautiful nature drive, seems to be in a safe area, it was private. Plenty of space and beds, the home was clean (and we are picky) and everything was up to date not run down or worn out. Nearby fast food and "Swampys" on the water if thats what you like, but If you want quality food, drive about 30 minutes west to Inverness/Yankeetown and try Blackwater Grill, absolutely best food for you money. Being Florida natives, we didnt jump off the dock, too much grass and know what hides in the grass..we saw a huge snapping turtle in it with baby turtles near the dock. overall it was a great stay and we would come back! We brought our granddaughters for their birthday and we loved the house and location. they got to play in the water for 4 days. the spring house is amazing, packed with every thing you can think of, very clean, nice yard, great renters, perfect location on the Chassahowitzka River. we absolutely loved it. thank you for the sharing your amazing house.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. We were in town for a family Christmas, and it was wonderful to have our own accommodations. There was plenty of space, a ton of amenities, and communication was frequent and thorough. We did have a bit of trouble getting in, and our hosts quickly resolved the issue and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. I highly recommend working with Brit and Brandon and staying at their beautiful property.

A beautiful old school Florida waterfront retreat. We did a fishing trip with a boat and it was perfect for us. Be aware that what they call the loft is really a common area that the other bedrooms connect with and that you have to go through to get to them. It's not a separate living space---it's really just beds in a family room. Fine for our purposes.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—there wasn’t a single thing we found ourselves missing. The kids had an absolute blast kayaking and swimming in the swimming hole—it was a highlight of the trip! The downstairs area was perfect for the whole family to relax, hang out, and enjoy some quality time together. Such a cozy, welcoming spot—we’d definitely love to come back!

The owner came over to help us with a locking issue for the door. He was very helpful and friendly. He recommended going to The Freezer for dinner. Super spot to eat.

Kelly's place is Five Star! maybe the Best Air B&B that I have ever rented a lot of different places. Her place was the most perfect place with all of the details and amenity's that you don't find in others. Like soap and shampoo in every bathroom and laundry soap to get you started dental pics q-tips just everything was unexpected awesome! The Beds oh man super comfy! Fishing was Great as always! This place is TOP NOTCH! Look no Further. will be back again for sure!

Absolutely wonderful stay at Silver Dollar Sanctuary! Our time at Silver Dollar Sanctuary was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place is incredibly comfortable – truly a cozy and inviting space that was a pleasure to return to after our daily adventures. We especially loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is. It's such a tranquil area, which made for a very relaxing and restful experience. We slept wonderfully every night! The kitchen was well-equipped, decor was charming. Lori has been so helpful since we booked the place months ago. She went above and beyond and really helped to make my Granddaughter’s first birthday so special. The yard and all the amenities were top notch. I loved our stay and so did my family.

The house was beautiful and the backyard was absolutely amazing! Everything was super clean and literally had anything and everything you to need to make your stay perfect. The private boat ramp was a huge bonus and there was plenty of space to dock our 20 ft boat. The springs are super close as well as all the yummy places to eat if you don't feel like cooking. Will definitely be booking this amazing home again :)

The place is very quaint and easy to baby proof when we arrived. Everything was clean and easily accessible. The bath tub is a little outdated but we did not mind at all. The patio looked like it was under renovation so we didn’t spend any time there and we did not stay long enough to have that kind of leisure time. All in all the house was perfect for our stay at Crystal River.

This was the perfect place for our family gathering! Tons of space for all of us, and the game room was a huge hit! Getting to see the animals was a big plus too! We'll definitely be back!

This was our first official Airbnb experience & I was very nervous to be honest. I wasn't sure what to expect or what would be expected. William put me at ease throughout the whole experience. Everything was better than I could have imagined. He had great communication. He was very friendly and understanding. I appreciated every aspect of our trip. This isn't something we usually account for in our budget, but he made all of it worth it in my opinion.
