House is 1.5 miles from rooftop dining, splash park, exercise equipment, playground. It's 10 miles from Weeki Wachee Mermaids, Buccaneer Bay. Less than 30 minutes from Busch Gardens/Adventure Island an hour and a half from Disney.

Cheerful 3 bedroom home close to everything

Cute, comfortable, and convenient home perfect for the whole family to relax in or kick off your adventures. Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad.

For parties of 7+, there is a fee to unlock the 4th bedroom. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.
