I could not recommend this enough. The right mix of updated and original. Kitchen was fully redone and lots of space. The back gardens were great and we would walk into town daily. Very close to Smith College. 4 out of 4 stars!

We were in the area for our Granddaughter’s graduation. This was a perfect spot! Loved having my coffee on the deck looking out over the River. The decor was very nice. The hosts were wonderful to work with. We also had a special treat of speaking with the housekeeper when we arrived. She was delightful! Definitely recommend!

Jason has a wonderful home right on Bolton Lake. House is very clean, very modern with lot's of ammentities. If you want a nice relaxing lake visit perhaps to visit family in the area (which is what we did) it is perfect. He was always super responsive usually inside of30mins, and getting into the home was a breeze.

We really enjoyed our stay here. House was comfy and clean on a beautiful quiet street. Plenty of off road parking. There were little extras throughout the house that was very convenient, although we didn't need it, there were plenty of toiletries and snacks! Maria was an excellent host very attentive to making our stay comfortable as possible.

We were very comfortable and felt very home like at Brodys place. The muffins were delicious and the house was clean and comfortable. Would be best suited for a family with younger children. Two bedrooms with one bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has bunk beds. The yard was manicured very nicely and we felt welcome. Wish we could have spent a little more time and enjoyed the outdoor space more. Bedrooms are on the second story. Recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in this neck of the woods. There was a bit of a plumbing problem which wasn't the owners fault at all. We hope it all worked out.

Absolutely amazing stay! Based off of the pictures it was hard to make out the set up of the home but it’s a very cute home and the host is amazing. She was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The backyard is like your in a whole different world/sanctuary. Dianne wrote me a sweet welcome note and came out and took pictures for our group during our departure, it was a very great time minus me being hungover. Dianne is truly an amazing host and I would definitely stay at her home again or recommend it to friends as well. There were 8 of us and more than enough places to sleep and enjoy our stay. Highly recommend!

Elm was an extremely accommodating host during our stay. We were able to check in early and we were so thankful to have a cat-friendly stay. The space was clean, well organized, and fit our needs for the weekend. The location made for quick, easy drives to Northampton and Amherst, as well.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was peaceful and quiet. Heard the birds in the morning and enjoyed looking out onto the flowers growing. Having a clean and private place to retreat to is important to me while traveling and this was exactly as described.

It was a perfect place for what we needed. I’m a foodie and a cook, so having a kitchen with the basics is a must. It was almost there! I had wanted to make bacon for breakfast but no pans were suitable size. I sautéed chicken for the three of us in the sauce pan and sort of made it all work. Fortunately I brought a mixing bowl buecause there were no bowls to make a dinner salad in. Everything else was great!

This was a delightful stay, and I wish we hadn't had so many family obligations so we could have enjoyed the place better. I so wanted to take time to relax on the beautiful and inviting back patio and just explore the property. I love historic places. We will definitely stay again next time we have family events in the area. Carol reached out to us and made us feel very welcome. We knew we had help if we needed something, but we didn't experience any issues at all, so didn't need to reach out. Great host for sure!!!

Such a serene, lovely cottage-like apartment. I felt totally safe and loved being able to walk on the trail nearby. With the kitchen and living room I was able to work all day in comfort in a space separate from the bedroom—perfect for doing my remote job while waiting for my UMass kid to finish exams. I really enjoyed my stay!

I always enjoy staying here. It is in the perfect location in Simsbury. Courtney, the host, communicates well and is helpful. This is the only place I will stay on my annual sojourn to Simsbury!

I got a great last minute deal on this place and am so so happy I stayed here! Fantastic location and truly such a lovely space. Felt right at home when I found our welcome gift of a bottle of wine, some cheese and crackers upon arrival! Thank you for having us Susan, we loved your home!

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. The specific house number was a bit difficult to see at night, but we could find it by counting the houses from the main street. Everything inside was great and clean, and Lucia provides several amenities. Perfect for a weekend away! Thank you Lucia!

Had an amazing stay! The location couldn't be better for skiing at Berkshire East—it’s literally just across the parking lot, which made it so easy to get on and off the slopes. The house itself was super warm and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we were able to cook up some great meals without any issues. Definitely planning to stay here again next time we're skiing at Berkshire East! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and very clean space! We had the most wonderful long weekend at Goran's apartment. He was so responsive and super friendly... cannot recommend enough. We will be back!
