Elisa was super helpful and accommodating. We had a very enjoyable stay and felt very rested and comfortable. Truly felt like a home away from home. If we are back in the area we will 100% try and stay here again.

This home was exactly as described and spotless clean. Michael was proactive reaching out to make sure we had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the locations was in a peaceful neighborhood with a very short drive to everything in the old downtown area.

Quick and easy to get in, clean and had the right amenities for us. Individual AC per room with really big rooms was a huge plus. The area is definitely a ~45 minute drive from any actual cities but I cannot fault them for that, we chose this as a halfway point between two cities we were visiting. If you like rustic small towns it's the place for you.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this listing...and hope to always make it our "go-to" when we make our yearly visit to family! The place is a perfect one bedroom with all the things we need. It was amazingly welcoming, very comfortable, clean and tidy, and VERY well located to walk to the nearby stores and restaurants! According to the guestbook, it is a sought after place and very positive comments! Shelburne Falls is such a sweet town! We were able to walk to the small grocery stores that had all we needed for our week long visit. Also nearby and walkable, we had breakfast most days at the Foxtown Diner, we ate at the West End Pub and Blue Rock - we highly recommend. A block away is the Buckland Pizza House and the Mo's Fudge Factor (ice cream and candy) is a must! The local stores are varied in merchandise and a joy to visit. And saving the scenery for last but not least... absolutely breathtaking!! Cathy...my husband and I thank you!!

Staying at Jeri's place was a spur of the moment "stay-cation" for me to get a little rest & relaxation away from home. I reached out fairly late at night to book & Jeri was very responsive & flexible on having me check in last minute. I've stayed a lot of Airbnbs/cabins & I can honestly say that none have been as well stocked as Jeri's. Tons of spices, condiments, ziplocs, pots/pans/bake wear, toiletries, & even fresh eggs, milk and maple syrup to go with the pancake mix that was provided. The funny thing is that I have a lot of food restrictions so I wasn't able to eat any of it but I genuinely appreciated the thoughtfulness. There were even dog bowls, a bed & treats for my chihuahua which was especially sweet! Very, very clean! Everything was spotless. This is a very well taken care of AirBnB. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The chickens were so cute & the garden is very impressive. It's a beautiful and peaceful spot. Jeri was great to talk to! I will definitely be back. :)

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Karen’s guest house apartment! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location while in town for a wedding at Valley View farm, 2 min away. The property is also a very short distance from Northampton. Karen was proactive and reached out well in advance with clear instructions for parking and check-in. We mistakenly did not formally include our small dog in the reservation details, but she was extremely understanding and prepared with special blankets to cover the couch for us. The air conditioning kept us cool, the kitchen was extremely clean and well stocked, and the bathroom was great (lovely tiled shower). Plenty of towels. The yard was also lovely and perfect for walking our dog. Check out instructions were very simple and clear. Much quicker and expected less than other hosts. Next time we’re in Western mass, we will definitely stay with Karen again! 😊

It's not a private space with a door that locks behind you, but it felt pretty private up on the top floor of that huge old house. The main room is enormous, with plenty of open space if you wanted to do yoga or whatever. The bedrooms are also a good size, and there was lots of space for my dog. It took a moment to get use to not having a sink in the "kitchen" area, but the bathroom sink is kitchen sink sized, and had everything you'd need to clean up breakfast dishes. All in all it was a good value for a place that was virtually private and had 2 bedrooms, AND allowed me to bring my dog.

Eric was a great host and Carolina was super easy to work with. Instructions were clear and detailed making getting settled in great. The location is perfect with a lot of things to do within walking distance. The apartment is beautifully remodeled and very spacious for 4 adults. I would definitely stay again given the great experience we had.

Had a great 2-night stay while in town for a meeting at Smith College! Quiet, comfortable space with easy walking access to all the great restaurants in downtown Northampton. Easy walk through downtown up to campus. Check-in/out was frictionless. Would certainly stay again!

What a gem in Northampton! Walkable to town, beautifully renovated, and spotless. Andrew and Agnes were wonderful and responsive hosts, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing stay at Richards. It is like the photographs and so much more. Richard was friendly and helpful and enjoyed sharing his home, sculptures and gardens with others. The apartment is beautiful and peaceful and a great getaway. He has put so much love and energy into his home and property and we are so lucky to be able to enjoy it also. I look forward to returning. A nice escape into the country side of western mass but still close to so many adorable small towns, farms, Northampton and fun little back roads.!!!

Our stay was great. Exactly as described and what we were looking for. Quiet, relaxing, and clean! Devon was a great host with helpful instructions and very responsive!

Very clean and comfortable for one or two people. Quiet neighborhood location that felt very safe. The stairs are long and steep so not good for bringing a lot of heavy bags or people with any mobility restrictions. Kitchen is perfect to make coffee and quick breakfast or meal, but not a place to do major cooking. It’s exactly as it looks in pictures, and Julie was very responsive and friendly.

It’s hard to imagine a more perfect stay in Northampton. Bright, tasteful, calming, well thought out and squeaky clean! Not to mention easy parking, easy walking to Smith College and downtown but just off the main drag so it’s still quiet and peaceful. Jacqueline has gone the extra mile with great coffee, various milks, welcome snacks, good toiletries, very comfy bed, etc. I loved it so much that I stayed in more than I’d planned. It’s just a pleasurable and safe feeling space to occupy. I’ll definitely be back.

The stay at Norma's made our trip. We drove from Washington State to Massachusetts. So to arrive at such a beautiful and cozy spot eased all the travel tension. When I'm back in the Chicopee area, I'll be looking up Norma's. I have to ask where the bed's and bed pillows came from. That was a more comfortable sleep then at my own house! I can't thank Norma enough for opening up her place for us lucky people to rest and recuperate. Thank you Norma!!!

Marge was an amazing host who went to effort to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. For example, in advance of our arrival she asked what type of bread and juice we preferred and if we wanted milk or cream for our coffee. She providd fresh eggs and even sent a dozen to our daughter who lives down the street. The apartment was welcoming, clean and cozy. The kitchen and pantry were well-supplied to meet our needs. We will definitely stay at Marge's next time we visit our daughter.

Great place! Everything was very nice. The extra "goodies" (fresh fruit, coffee, ...) were appreciated. If I'm ever in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Sandra’s place was the perfect base for area sports travel. Sandra herself is very friendly and responds to messages extremely quickly. The apartment is thoughtfully stocked with anything you might need. The beds are very comfortable. It was a lovely and peaceful place for rest on a busy trip. Thanks Sandra!

Overall great experience

Falcon's Nest was a fabulous place to stay in the area - everything there was clean and spotless, a truly homey feeling right from the start. The house itself is stylishly done - starting from architectural elements and through small details around the house. The grounds outside are breathtaking - there's an awesome hot tub, grill, fire pits, and a lake - beautiful nature all around. Location is very convenient to all landmark sights in the area and a variety of hiking trails. Johny and Kate were incredibly accommodating - quickly responding to all our questions and providing valuable recommendations. Overall, this was a great experience that exceeded our expectations!

Lindsey is kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The house was very clean, cozy, and bed was so comfortable for a great sleep.

A great apt, conveniently located near Northampton. Great restaurant up the street, which host recommended. Pool and hot tub were wonderful, and we had them all to ourselves - the hosts left the back yard to us! Right size apartment for the 2 of us plus our little terrier. Very comfortable king bed, although rooms were a bit crowded with extra daybeds and trundle beds in case of a larger group. Host was very accommodating - even raced to Walmart to get insect repellant due to rainy weather.
