We loved our stay here! Perfect space and layout - spacious enough for three families. Ideal location on the island - just a 2 minute walk to the beach! We had a water leak occur while we were there but Ginelle was very responsive and got it taken care of right away. We’ve already booked again for next year!

Stephanie's place met all our expectations based on the description and prior reviews. The location is fantastic. Stephanie's communication and responsiveness was exceptional. The unit has everything you would expect in a fully stocked apartment.

Fantastic stay at Cottage on Pine! Definitely will be back in the future. Location is great, walking distance to all popular restaurants/coffee. Short walk to the beach. House was very clean & as described. Overall, great vacation house to meet all yours needs. Host was responsive and provided helpful recommendations. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at this beautiful and spacious home in Bradenton. It was perfect for our group, with comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool area was very enjoyable refreshing after hot beach days. The location is excellent, just under 15 minutes from the beach and close to stores, restaurants, and markets. The house also includes beach gear, which was super convenient. There’s a grill area and a yard with games for everyone to enjoy. The lake view made our morning coffee even better. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely book again!

Our family had a great time! The house and pool are awesome. And the location is great! Walk to the beach, the Ugly Grouper, bait shop, convenience store, fresh seafood store, etc. Hosts are proactive but not intrusive. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the home! It was perfect for our girls trip! (Grandpa, daughters & granddaughters🤗) The pool was a hit as well as the outdoor sitting area with TV. It was also nice to have several of the bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Having a wagon, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, rolling cooler, water toys & sand toys provided hours of fun at the beach which was a very short walk.

This was our first trip to AMI and we were not familiar with the area. This duplex is perfectly located right across from the ugly grouper, lots of shops, and a few other restaurants and bars. The beach was a quick walk. There were a few issues with the hot tub heating up and wifi, but Lori was very responsive and tried to assist. The space is great you just need to bring everything for cleaning up and cooking. Typical rental with no coffee filters, spices, etc. There are 3 beach chairs, a wagon and lots of beach towels. Definitely will visit again.

The home and amenities were perfect for our week long stay on the island. It was a short walk to the beach every day and easy return back home to the pool for an afternoon swim. The home is very nice and comfortable. It’s centrally located to several great restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Kris ha sido un excelente anfitrión. Nos quedamos con mi marido y dos niños (6 y 8 anos) se encuentra a solo dos cuadras de la Playa lo que le da una ubicación excelente. Es muy recomendable para ir con niños porque la piscina y el jacuzzi le dan un after beach genial ! Tiene una barbacoa excelente que disfrutamos en nuestras cenas . Kris fue muy amable de dejarnos hacer un late check out porque nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde así que un diez todo. Seguramente volveremos !! Vale cada centavo . No duden en quedarse con Kris que es una persona maravillosa. Thank you very much Kris ! We spend a wonderful time in your house and we take a great memories . We will be back !

The place was clean and as shown in the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. The refrigerator and stove were clean. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer was super helpful and convenient. Our only negative was that our mattress was very hard and the birds were chirping non-stop. Also, the hot tub didn’t get hot enough but it was pristine, just like the pool. We were close to several beaches and many stores. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this place, especially for families.

We had such an incredible time staying at this property! It has everything! Plenty to do even on rainy days. Can’t say enough about it. We had 8 adults and a baby and king beds for everyone which is hard to find. So private in the back yard and unique!

We were able to check in a little early! Location is PERFECT! Able to park and walk less than a block to the beach. I took my 9 month old as well and was really easy for me to bring her back from the beach for a nap or to play in the pool!

Amanda was the ideal host, lighting quick responses and so helpful. The place was just as described in the listing and very clean. The pool was so nice and relaxing. We are already thinking about our next stay at Pineapple Paradise!

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great central location on Anna Maria Island with easy access to everything. The home was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Had everything we needed for our family of four. Would stay here again!

Great location right by the beach. Only a minute or so and a great wagon to haul all of your beach gear. Beach towels provided, really nice bath towels, and good supply of cleaning products to get you started. Well stocked kitchen of pots/pans, flatware, glassware, sharp knives, etc. and nice cupboard full of spices, seasonings, oils, foil, plastic wrap, coffee filters, etc. from prior occupants. Power went out during a storm, and host was easy to communicate with to resolve issues.

Clean,everything is new. Great little walk to beach. Snorkel equipment was advertised but not available; did not need it however. All other beach equipment was perfect

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Kim’s Airbnb! Great location, close to the beach, and lots of restaurants around. We plan on coming back!

My family and I have been coming to AMI for several years and this home was by far our favorite! This beach retreat is tucked away so you don’t get any traffic noises. The home, decor, furniture are updated, cute, clean, and all give all the beachy vibes! We really enjoyed having both front and back porches. There are beach toys, bikes, chairs, wagon, goggles, etc. We rented the brand new 6-passenger golf cart - it was fully loaded and so perfect! Maggie checked in with us throughout our stay to be sure we were comfortable and having an enjoyable time. If I could give this home (and host) 10 stars, I would for sure!! I also cannot forget to mention that we had 5 females in our group and we NEVER ran out of hot water! That’s never happened 😆 We’re all thrilled with our stay and didn’t want to leave. We had an amazing stay at Mimi’s! I’ve never communicated so much with a host but she was just so helpful and willing to answer any and all questions! It felt like I was staying at a friends’. We loved our accommodations and I’m picky! Everything was well thought out, super clean and very cozy! The view to the harbor was awesome and our fishing excursion picked us up right at our dock! We loved our stay and would highly recommend! Mimi will make sure everything is perfect!

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed to cook meals. It was a great location to the beach and to downtown, easily walkable. We would definitely recommend this place. It was great to have a washer and dryer as well. Great space to put all our things, good counter and drawer space and I love all the hooks around the apartment to hand stuff easily. Loved this place!

Had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and peaceful bungalow. The property was even more lovely than the photos depicted. Bright, updated, spotless, and all of the details (like fresh coconuts for juice in the fridge). It exceeded our expectations. Just a very short walk to the gorgeous and pristine beaches, walkable to great restaurants and venues. The pool was refreshing even during the evenings. We plan to return and rent this same property again. See you soon!
