Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Holmes Beach

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was extremely clean and comfy for our family of 4. The kitchen is large; beds are comfortable, tons of hot water and all the amenities. No noise at all from other guests. The bar downstairs is open and easy to access, as is the beach. Highly recommend!

Great location for beach lovers who want a little extra/different from typical hotel room, yet you’ll still enjoy some of the hotel benefits (towels, pool). Very clean, well stocked. Great host, clear communications.

This place was absolutely fantastic, with amazing amenities, a perfect location just a short walk from everything you need, and the incredible host Sara, who was super responsive and made my stay incredibly comfortable—definitely a 10/10 recommendation for anyone visiting Tampa

The condo is very conveniently located, has a cute kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and super comfortable beds. 15 to 20-minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. The host is quick to respond to any concerns, and she hopes to correct them and make sure her place is well taken care of for guests in the future. Our family enjoyed making memories here and hope to be back soon. Thank you ❤️

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, perfect for sharing with my family. Its balcony overlooking the building’s pool was a huge plus... excellent location, just an 8min walk from restaurants and shops... 100% recommended

We enjoyed our stay here ! There was a lot of room for the 5 of us. Everything you will need is in the home. The gated community felt safe. The area is perfect only a 7 minute drive to beach ! The pool was beautiful and nice. Do note this condo is on the 3rd floor and has stairs only. It was not a issue for us ! Parking was not a issue , plenty of spaces. Check in and out was easy no issues. We would definitely book with Agnes and Paul again in the future :)

Russell’s place was just as described. The bay of the bay was beautiful! This condo was within short driving distances of many great local beaches and restaurants. It had all the amenities, linens, and other items needed to make our stay perfect. Russell checked in with us prior to our stay, during and after.

After staying here we decided it was a perfect choice for our unique situation. If you’re visiting your super old family in Sun City Center this apartment is super close (13 minutes away) and also 13 minutes from the ocean with plenty of open fishing spots. We were able to take our small dog without issue and the complex is well set up for a dog and two teenagers. The pool area is great and John’s apartment feels brand new and well cared for. Nice location, nice host and when we come back to see our old ass grandma we will try to book here again.

It was the perfect girls weekend. The views were amazing. The unit is so peaceful even the neighbors are lovely. One gentleman knocked on our door just to forewarn us that he was going to hang a picture on the wall and that we might hear knocking. It was the most neighborly thing! The unit was super clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had excellent recommendations from the host and went to a few of the location suggested and they were very good. The owner is also very responsive to any questions and doesn’t get annoyed when you ask too many questions, lol. I plan on visiting again if the unit is still available, I 100% recommend it and for those of you that loves sunrises if you go out to the little deck by the pool early in the morning, not only will you catch a wonderful sunrise but you will most likely see dolphins like I did. This was exactly what my soul needed.

Even better in person than the photos. Was blown away at theming. Great communication throughout. Very convenient location for event and awesome views.

Just like the photos! Beautiful and comfortable for our stay… Love the location, close to everywhere we wanted to go! Comfortable bed, the couch could use some updating. The pool is very warm, but a nice spot to hang out. Didn’t get to see any dolphins 😞 Overall, enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back!

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Summer's place for 4 nights. It was as described in the posting and she was a fantastic host. She responded quickly and was able to accommodate our requests. The apartment was clean and located in a beautiful area. The pool was located on the waterfront and had beautiful views. We were at the pool every day. The location is somewhat remote (not very walkable) but we knew that going in. There are a few bars/restaurants/stores within a 4 minute drive so still accessible. While the apartment is on the small side it was more than enough space for my wife, son and I. The area is surrounded by water and the apartment has a great balcony with some water views. Unfortunately there are mangroves directly in front of the balcony so the view is somewhat limited. Obviously there is nothing the owner can do about this. Overall we had a great stay at Summer's place and would recommend to others.

sandra was amazing with communication and helping me check in and everything was beautiful she also had child floaters for my little one in the closet i really appreciated it i also noticed a tiny fork for him as well it was little things like that, that made me enjoy my stay even more. looked exactly like the pictures and smelled amazing i had so much fun and so did my family i will definitely be picking another one sandra's rentals😊

Mandy was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay. We love that the pool has the shallow part where our 3 years old toddler can stand on and play. The beds were very comfy. The bathrooms and the kitchen have everything we need and more. Thanks Mandy!

Stop what you are doing and BOOK THIS PLACE!! Clean and spacious home ✔️ Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, glasses, condiments, spices, etc) ✔️ Tons of amenities like hot tub, fire pit, egg chairs, hibachi grill, golfing area, etc ✔️ All the beach equipment that you need (chairs, tent, snorkel, masks) ✔️ PLUS the best Host who was always quick to respond to any questions and even installed a new thermostat while we were there because the old one was messing up the temp and we like a cool 70 degrees at home ✔️ And if that wasn’t amazing enough, the host also took us on TWO BOAT TRIPS!!! All we paid for was the gas and any drinks or snacks that we wanted to bring (plus a tip since the boat tours were the highlight of the trip). Vlad knew all the best spots for private island time, snorkeling, and dolphin watching!! In all honesty I spent a fair amount of time trying to decide if I wanted to write an accurate review or gatekeep this hidden gem… I decided not to gatekeep.

Loved this Airbnb! So cute, clean and cozy. There was plenty of space. The bed and bedding were so comfortable I had to check the tag so I can get my own! Back patio space was perfect and there were plants and bushes to ensure privacy. I have never seen an Airbnb so well equipped in the bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of towels and beach equipment. The host is wonderful - friendly, helpful and responsive! I am already looking for an excuse to come back!

A very nice place on the water. Great outdoor area for grilling and hanging out. Indoors has an awesome open concept. Bedrooms were sizable and plenty of bathroom space. Hosts were communicative and answered any questions quickly. Would recommend to a friend!! Thanks for the stay.

My boys really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was lots of room. We had 9 people and it was very spacious. My youngest absolutely loved the ax and ninja star throwing board. Her had a great time. Ashley was very responsive. The hot tub temperature was set low and Ashley remotely increased it so that we were able to enjoy the warm hot tub.

My family of 5, plus my brother, LOVED our stay here. House was big, with many rooms and sunrooms for everyone to have their own space. House was immaculate! Had everything we needed, but wasnt cluttered. It was decorated so beautifully and well thought out. It was perfect. Looked just like the pictures. This place is perfect for anyone, but especially families. The fenced in yard and screened in pool was perfect for us since we have kids, one being a toddler. The kids fav part was the pool! They swam every day. There are two big floats, but if you want more, bring your own. We also bought diving toys! Oh, and the huge tetris game was so fun for the kids. Thank you for hosting us 😊 we loved it.

I was in the Tampa Bay Area. visiting family, and booked William’s place for myself, my adult children, 3 year old grandson and pet. There was plenty of space for everyone. His place is an oasis. Absolutely beautiful! The home was very, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There are 2 and 1/2 baths, but we were fine. The pool was a major hit for my grandson. Having a private, beautiful pool area, and a gate for the dog, was perfect for our family getaway. William was very responsive, answering questions and concerns quickly. I highly recommend his place! You will feel right at home!

We stayed at Elliott and Kylie’s beautiful home in St. Petersburg, FL. To say It exceeded our expectations was an understatement. Pool, golf simulator, pool table, volleyball, video games, the fun was endless! Any questions we had Elliott and Kylie were extremely responsive and checked in on us daily to make sure our stay was comfortable. High recommend renting through them!
