The place was very clean and smelled really nice, Ivan was responsive as well and it was very peaceful! Would stay again!

The place was very impressive and clean. The place was very easy to find. Close to down town and was very near to the grocery. The neighborhood was very quiet. The kitchen was well stocked, there was even coffee and tea there for us to use in the next morning as well as during the tine we were there. The place felt like home. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was stocked as well. The owners take a great pride in how the place is kept . Would go back there again.

We visited Orlando for a bday/family vacation and stayed at Ben’s place for 5 nights. Ben’s place is thoughtfully decorated, clean, and a good size space for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). The bed was comfortable and firm and our kids slept fine on the pull out day bed. We really enjoyed the pool, and amenities in the kitchen and bathroom and the AC worked really well which was really important in the summer heat. Ben responded quickly to questions we had and was a really friendly and nice host. We’d definitely book Ben’s place again if we’re in Orlando again!

We loved our stay. We were in town for a concert at the Camping World Stadium. The house was nearby. The house was right off the lake and it was in a quiet neighborhood. Grocery stores and restaurants were a short drive away in the SODO (South Of Downtown Orlando) area. The house was clean and spotless. Beds comfortable. The only minor criticisms were a semi-clogged drain in the bathtub and not enough paper towels. Besides these quibbles, we were happy and would definitely stay here again.
