Monthly Rentals in Hiwassee

This was the cleanest and most thought out property. It had high quality amenities and was very spacious. I am in the area often and will definitely be back!

My wife and 2 pups had a great time. The bungalow was beautiful and spacious. Access to the water for kayaking, floating and fishing was incredible. Absolutely would go back!

Pictures do not do this place justice! My husband and I love the wildlife, the beautiful view and the fishing. We also really enjoy the fire pit. It is so good to have a bonfire and enjoy the sparkling stars and the sound of the gentle river.

Beautiful little home right on the river - perfect for a quick weekend getaway. This was one of the cleanest houses I’ve ever stayed in, something I appreciate greatly. Would definitely recommend to any couples or solo vacationers.
