This fabulous location is situated at the widest part of Wildwood's beaches. It is 2.5 blocks to the Boardwalk between the 2 largest piers. Walking distance to everything you need- restaurants, ice cream, bike rentals, supermarket, parks, and of course the beach! Beach path on our block. Watch the Friday night fireworks from the balcony or driveway! Dog beach on our block for your furry family member. Please inquire about pets during peak season before booking. Amazingly convenient yet secluded.

Our place has views; the yard has beautiful shade trees that set the mood for deep relaxation. One can walk to Walmart, Denny's, Hampton Inn Suites, Ruby Tuesdays and many other business's in minutes. Ocean City is about a 35minute drive. Salisbury University is a five minute drive. UMES is a 13 minute drive.This home is ideally located. A retired teacher on one side is your closest neighbor; on the other property is a caregiver. Needless to say this is a very safe place; enjoy.

The property is close to Rehoboth Avenue, walking distance to Boardwalk and everything in town. My place is good for families and big groups. There are four BR with multiple beds/bunk beds, three baths, outside shower, washer/dryer, screened in porch, deck, large back yard, patio with grill and fire pit. I also have a pack and play for infants/small children. There are two free parking spots, and there is ample street parking (passes required Memorial Day through Labor Day).

Summer 2025 now open-Newly Renovated! NO full summer rentals. NO Senior Week/Prom/ groups under 21. No parties. Minimum stay: 3 nights. Location couldn't be better in North Wildwood - just 3.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk! Beautifully appointed 2-bedroom apartment above the smaller apartment (also listed) in the same rear building. Fully-stocked kitchen, ROKU tv, air-conditioning. Courtyard on the property is great for cookouts and sunbathing. Free parking on street.
