Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Henlopen Acres

we had a great stay, a beautiful home with a nice hangout area outside. perfect location off the main road and quiet but close enough to get to everything quickly. will definitely be back again on our next beach trip!

We had a great stay at this AirBnB, it truly is right on the water. The pictures and all the listed amenities are accurate. The house was very clean and the air conditioning worked great on hot days. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious and each bedroom and the living room has their own Smart TV. We appreciated the first floor bedroom and bathroom for our older guests. The location provides immediate access to the beach with a lovely deck, a short drive to Milton restaurants and a quick walk to the Broadkill store for pantry items. The houses are close together and everyone was friendly and respectful of quiet hours. Linda was incredibly responsive and check-in was easy.

I agree with the other reviewers that this was the best equipped and stunningly decorated Air BnB we have ever stayed in. Additionally Luda was very responsive with information and requests. We are seven women who have been getting together for a "girls" holiday for the past 31 years! We have been up and down the East coast and to the Pacific Northwest. The quiet neighborhood and spacious open concept living area plus comfortable bedrooms were over-the-top. The Rehoboth shopping and restaurants are near by and an easy access by bike or car. A 30 minute walk takes you to the boardwalk. We look froward to our return stay as long as Luda agrees!

Had a wonderful stay at Heather’s place! The home was super clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. Every space—from the bedrooms and bathrooms to the living room and kitchen—was thoughtfully maintained and cozy. The hot tub was definitely a highlight! Heather was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The Suncatcher house was a beautiful choice for our family. As everyone agreed, “ this place has great vibes!” We loved the fact that there were several different areas where different groups could congregate. Another amazing plus is that it has to be the best equipped Airbnb kitchen I have ever seen. They even have a salad spinner! Very important for my crew. The location is terrific, and the house is easy to find by virtue of the orange planters in the front. All our cars were parked the entire time. We never had to drive anywhere except to our event. Some small touches I’d like to mention, the grab bars in the shower were a blessing. The washer and dryer were huge. The Sonos speakers were a great addition. Ted is a great host. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is searching for more of a traditional Rehoboth experience than a cookie cutter rental property.

The location was perfect! Having the bedrooms on multiple floors helped our multi generational family have their privacy while coming together on the main floor. The area was quiet and having 3.5 baths was great when we came off of the beach. HIGHLY recommend. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Great place!

My second time at this condo. It’s perfect. Well kept. The beds are comfortable! (An important part of my stay anywhere). Walkable to happening parts of Rehoboth but on a quiet street

Located in a great part of Ocean City with plenty to do within walking distance, but far enough away from the craziness of the downtown/boardwalk area. Cute little place! We stayed for less than 24 hours while my husband participated in the "Escape the Cape Triathlon," so we didn’t get to enjoy it fully, but it was exactly as described and very clean. Parking was a little tricky, as our unit was in the back and the front unit’s vehicle was blocking the driveway when we arrived. Normally, I would have knocked to ask them to move it, but since we had a super early 5:30 AM checkout, we just parked on the street. Street parking is free, you just have to be lucky to find a spot nearby, which we managed to do twice. The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear people talking or walking around upstairs, but it wasn’t overly loud or disruptive. Best part? It’s only about three blocks from the boardwalk—a great spot for an evening stroll and some ice cream. Overall, a great little place for a quick stay in Cape May!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. Dana was extremely responsive and was very flexible. I hosted many friends in Lewes to celebrate my graduation and it was the perfect type of home to host over a dozen friends, and everyone had a bed! It is so close to the beach and walking distance from downtown Lewes - everyone had a fabulous time and I will definitely be back!

Had an amazing time at this beautiful beachfront Airbnb. The location couldn’t have been better, literally steps from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Brooke’s place was fantastic for a weekend getaway with friends. It is steps to the beach. Super clean and exactly like the photos. It was a quick and easy to check-in. All instructions were straightforward. Brooke was very friendly and responsive in the weeks leading up to the trip and during our stay.

The condo was perfect for our family of 8. It is much larger than the pictures let on. The deck was big enough for all of us to comfortably sit and chat - and Julie has plenty of patio chairs and two tables! Everything was super clean, no clutter, lots of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The location is perfect too! Quick walk to the beach and some shops. Bus ride can easily take you down to the boardwalk or restaurants you can’t walk to. No need to move your car once you are here. We enjoyed this stay so much we are planning on returning next year. I was so impressed with Kara’s condo. It was everything I hoped it would be. The decor is very nice and the kitchen is wonderful— modern, spacious, and containing anything you need for cooking or entertaining. The view of the ocean from the 19th floor is both spectacular and calming, whether on the spacious balcony or looking down through the bedroom’s floor to ceiling windows. The building is great. Everyone was friendly and this is a very nice part of Ocean City. Lastly, Kara was terrific. Kind and a great communicator. Plus check in was smooth. If you’re considering a two bedroom, two bathroom condo in this area, I highly recommend this listing!

We booked this house for our 50th wedding anniversary to celebrate with our two daughters, their husbands, and our 5 grandchildren. The house was perfect for our needs. As she described, it was 5 houses to the beach, and there were sufficient beach equipment that came with the house. We were all impressed with how well appointed the house was, particularly in the kitchen. While we enjoyed gathering in the common areas, there were several areas (glassed porches and balconies) where one could retreat for private time. We also enjoyed having crabs on the table on the ground level below the house. On the few occasions that I texted Anka she very promptly responded. We would definitely stay here again, but would more than likely arrange beforehand to have access to the elevator for ease of moving luggage to the bedrooms on the first and second floors and groceries to the second floor kitchen. Thank you Anka for sharing your lovely home with us.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! It was clean and comfortable. My family felt right at home. There were beach chairs, paddle boards and even crockpots available for our use. The pictures online do not show the beauty of this home. Would definitely recommend to stay in this home.

We loved our stay. We were in town for a long weekend girl’s trip. 6 of us fit comfortably in the apartment. We were there in the off season (mid/late Feb) so parking was super easy. Easy 10-12 min walk to Congress Hall and Washington Street Mall. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean and you can’t beat the view.

Our family enjoyed our vacation and stay in Judie’s home. She was a very responsive host throughout our stay. The home had everything we needed and more- which made things very convenient for us. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were all comfy and cozy and very clean. Bathrooms had all toiletries including makeup remover! We literally did not need to pack any towels from home because Judie had everything! We traveled with two kids ages 3 and 4 so the fact that she had beach toys and chairs for them and a wagon in the garage for us to use was very convenient. It was overall less things I had to worry about packing. We love the Bishop’s Landing community pools; the one pool is within a short walking distance from Judie’s home. The location to stores and restaurants are easy and quick as well. This is our second year staying in Bishop’s Landing and we hope to be back again. Judie’s home would be at the top of our list.

Our first trip to Cape May was great including our stay at Ashley's and Chris! It started with a flexible check in time after reaching out to Ashley and Chris. Their house was clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the quiet neighborhood was a great break from our trips to the beach and Wildwood. I would definitely recommend staying at their place for any family!

Nice, clean pool, private backyard with outside shower. Inside, plenty of room for the 8 of us and with 2 living rooms, there's separation with the kids if you need it. The house was clean, free of any kind of bugs, plenty of hot water on demand with a great kitchen, dining area. Everything was in working order with plenty of plates and glasses and tv's in every room. We would definitely return.

Our family stayed here for our spring break and had a wonderful time. Anthony’s home was incredible, beautifully maintained, and well-stocked. It is evident the moment you step inside, that every detail was thought of. The hot tub was AMAZING!!! and our dog enjoyed the big fenced yard…such a perk! We appreciated the binder with a list of favorite activities and restaurant menus…LOVED Fish & Fancy!!! Best crab cakes and Old Bay fries :) The home is within 15 minutes of both Cape May and Wildwoods… great location. Thanks so much your time and attention in making our trip truly memorable. We’ll definitely rent this house again!
