What an excellent place to stay to get away from it all - so relaxed after a couple of nights soaking in the hot tub, playing some games and watching some movies. A day out to Eastbourne was a real treat, excellent location with lots to do in the surrounding area - or an excellent place to do 'not a lot' if you like! We hope to stay here again one day 🤩

A wonderful stay in a beautiful location - the view was incredible across the South Downs. All the amenities we needed for the night and the bathroom was very luxurious. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

To say Sue is a “Superhost” is a little of an understatement. Sue went over and above to make us (my wife is in a wheelchair and we have 2 cats) feel welcome and part of the family- even to arrange a ramp to aid access to the rear garden. Having been homeless due to failed house purchase we found our stay to be a great relief. Sue has a vast knowledge of the area and its amenities. The local pub was really traditional and only 240 paces away. There are sheep, chickens and ducks at the property which all added to this delightful experience and we will certainly return.

We had a very comfortable 3 night stay. The place was very clean & tidy. The outside area was spacious & useful area to play with our dog. It was secure for dogs as long as front gate was closed which it almost always was. It was a good base to explore the local area. Thank you
