Monthly Rentals in Hedavi

I visited with my family of 8 people for 2 days and the place turned out to be best. The location is great with sea facing view from the balcony. The villa is within a complex with other villas so is not isolated. The caretaker is very helpful. All amenities were available as described. A couple of instances of power cut were observed but not a deal breaker and they have power back up so will have lights and fans working, which is great. Food is available through a canteen within the premises, they serve good authentic maharashtrian food. The quantity is just adequate for an individual. Will recommend to order a little extra as this is a canteen and they prepare limited food as per the order. Other good restaurants available nearby too. A very responsive host. Overall a great experience and will surely visit again. Thank you for the great service 😊

We had a peaceful weekend at this property! Even though it’s remote, it has free broadband, which was a bonus. The area isn’t crowded, so our dog could roam freely off-leash, and the secure fencing let us relax without worry. This place is great for pet parents and anyone wanting a quiet break from city life. The caretaker Milind arranged tasty Konkan meals from a local dhaba, delivered right to us. We even spotted a peacock in the early morning – a lovely surprise! Host Ankita was quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for a nature-filled getaway.

The place is really nice and cozy. It is really serene and beautiful. Great place for a couple. Jacuzzi pool is a bonus. Kitchen has all the basic amenities. Place is near Ganpatipule, 35-40 mins drive. Devghali beach (1 hour 45 mins) is a must visit place. Food is decent, limited options but taste is good. Nearest nearby Restaurants are at 10kms range. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

It was a very pleasant experience staying at Sagar’s villa. The property was well-maintained and secure. Budget friendly and worthy the money! Sagar is a very cooperative host and helped us a lot during our stay. I would definitely recommend it if you’re planning to stay with your family.
