The Swiss House is an ideal retreat for families seeking a harmonious blend of comfort and connection. Nestled away from the hustle, yet conveniently close to amenities, the house offers a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. A quick drive to Mayflower Beach added to the allure, making our stay nothing short of delightful.

Tracy’s home was absolutely perfect for our group attending a local wedding. The home was large, and we had plenty of space for 10 guests! Tracy was extremely communicative and proactive and made sure our entire trip was perfect! Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering a cape trip. Thank you again, Tracy!

I had high expectations coming in, but this home exceeded them by far. The interior is spotless, the condition is great, you could see that the owners put a lot of effort into it with lots of nice little touches to improve utility and aesthetics. Eugeniya was super helpful the entire time, she and Rudy are awesome hosts. I want to point out that the location is also very nice. We liked the town, the restaurants, the beach (15-20 minutes drive), Mashpee Commons. Santuit pond is wonderful and provides some nice fishing spots. The big pleasant surprise was the Santuit Pond Reserve, it’s in walking distance and provides tons of great hiking opportunities. There are many other attractions nearby, I recommend visiting Heritage Museums & Gardens in Sandwich (20 minutes away). Overall we had the best time, I highly recommend this place!

We rented Tom’s house for a month and throughout that time Tom was super responsive and helpful. The home is in a quiet centrally located area with amazing beaches, shopping and access to both highways and backroads nearby. As a bonus the bike paths of Dennis and the rail trail are a cinch to get to. We loved our quick drives or rides over to multiple beautiful beaches for our nightly sunsets.

As soon as I walked in the door, I knew I was coming back. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and Cade Cod chips which was such a nice touch. Tracy's place is even more spacious than the pictures show, bedrooms are huge, beds were comfy with linens that smelled amazing! Has everything you could possibly need and then some. We spent a lot of time in the cozy solarium enjoying the great view. This was the best place I have ever stayed by far! Recommend 100% !!!

The house and Tam were fantastic! Tam's attention to detail in both the house and how it was prepared for us made it super easy and stress-free to get settled. We had an amazing time!

We loved our stay! Beautiful woods and marsh trails right out of the back. The house is cozy and beautifully decorated for a woodsy but comfortable stay. Nice appliances and kitchen and bath products. Shawn was very responsive and helpful when we had minor issues. Would 100% come back any time we want to be close to beaches and P-town!

Our stay at Lisa's place was very pleasant. Her home is very nice with a lovely view of the lake and plenty of space for large families (we were only four people but can easily accommodate a few more). The neighborhood does not have a lot of car traffic which is great for walking and jogging around the lake. And it is also relatively close to Falmouth downtown and convenient stores. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and is very courteous and friendly. She really seems to care about her guests' comfortability. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you, Lisa!

Carol is a great host. We had a small issue with the front door screen locking up and she came over right away and let us in. She is very responsive and responsible. I forgot my medication when I left and she was kind enough to mail it back to me immediately. She has a been a great host and I hope more hosts are like Carol. It rained the whole time we were there so we did not get a chance to check out the lakes around there but I am sure they are great. There is a mall near by with bowling so we did that instead. We needed somewhere to stay for a wedding down the road. Kevin’s place was more than we were expecting! It was perfect! Clean and spacious. We will be keeping this top of our list for places to stay when on the Cape!

Art is simply amazing to deal with for a host very responsive, home is beautiful right on the lake plenty of room for 2 -3 families..this is our 3rd year staying and hands down our favorite airbnb.

The cottage was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Lovely grounds. Very private and cozy. Our host was responsive and very helpful, a pleasure to communicate with. The location was ideal, close to the beach yet not too far from shopping and restaurants. Our family made cherished memories here and would love to return.

Tara’s spot was beautiful, and private. We loved having access to the e-bikes. The rail trail was close by and we biked on it and walked on it to dinner one night. Tara’s spot was a perfect spot to hang out and to come back to after a busy day. The weather wasn’t conducive to hanging out on the deck but it was a lovely set up. Would highly recommend.
