This is a lovely house very close to New Paltz. We had a nice long weekend with the kids and loved spending time in the pool. Susan was a great host. No complaints!

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

This listing had the most gorgeous view. We enjoyed eating meals out on the patio in the mild summer weather. The amenities really set this place apart. We enjoyed the games left in the living room, all the kitchen supplies, the bathroom niceties, and the wireless chargers in the primary bedroom. The hot tub was the biggest highlight. It has been well maintained and the instructions left on how to use it made things very easy. Omer was friendly and very responsive. I would highly recommend this place.

The graves home was very comfortable. It was very accommodating. It had enough room for the whole family. We were not on top of each other. The beds were extremely comfortable. The last place we stayed at the beds were horrible. These were absolutely comfortable. It was very peaceful and quiet no surrounding neighbors. It was wonderful to wake up and see the deer in the backyard every morning while I was drinking my coffee. The host was great. He responded within 5 to 10 minutes every time I had no issues would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing family getaway. and the pool is wonderful.

We rented this for my brothers bachelor party and it was the PERFECT spot. Super quiet area, tons of stuff to do in the house and in the community, not to mention Masthope mountain is a beautiful spot to be at! The house was awesome and all the amenities were great, the golf sim was down while we were there which was a bummer but everything else about it was amazing!

It was a beautiful stay and everything were just like the photos! We enjoyed our stayed!

Lovely family getaway. The hot tub and pool were such a nice retreat from the city. On top of that the game room and TV provides such a nice place for a family get together.

It was a great weekend getaway with my husband. A charming, clean cabin with a deck that overlooks an open meadow surrounded by woods. The kitchen had pretty much all we needed -- pots and pans, plates and bowls and utensils. My husband thought the pod coffee machine with an ample supply of coffee pods was a welcome bonus. I loved the skylights upstairs but if you plan to sleep in, bring a sleep mask. A short walk down the hill takes you to the fire pit in the middle of the woods. If you plan to build a campfire, best to bring a bundle of firewood with you. One wish list item would be a fire pit closer to the cabin, with a metal grate for cooking over the campfire. The host was responsive and gave clear instructions. Overall a lovely experience.

Jen & Caroline’s place was exactly as described and just what we needed for a Catskills getaway. We even got to see a hometown Saint Patrick’s day parade that Jen and Caroline recommended - and allowed us to check out a little late so we could attend. So sweet. Would recommend for your Catskills vacation.

First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. Monika's home was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The design, style, and quality is something unparalleled in other airbnbs, it has a cohesive, elevated design throughout the entire home. It has everything you could possible need and is so thoughtful in every way. The backyard is huge and is perfect for a family to spend time together. We went on a great hike to a waterfall (which is within walking distance). Location is amazing as it's a close drive to Minnewaska. The location in Kerhonkson is in a nice secluded area. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in the area this is it!

What an incredible stay! The house was lovely, clean and so open - windows all around to see your surroundings. It was the most peaceful stay and the Neversink river is gorgeous. To go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the river is magic. We would absolutely come back!

The house is secluded and the surroundings were gorgeous- the pictures don’t do them justice. The hosts were kind and responsive. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and the entire place was spotless. 1000 percent recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend in the Catskills at Jennifer‘s property. I really appreciated how communicative she is as a host. She even allowed us to check in early and was flexible about our checkout which helped given that we were traveling with kids. In addition to this, the house is so well appointed with everything that you can need for a getaway, including the kitchen, furniture throughout the house and a very large backyard for outdoor fun. We would absolutely stay at Jennifer’s place again.

We had a mix of folk with us and the location was perfect for that. The space was very unique and we loved the goats in the back. Great location if you're into the low-key Catskill vibe and you're trying to fly fish and hike. Last but not least, Donald was a splendid host--had local recs, gifted a little care package when we were missing some things, and was responsive/kind. Would definitely suggest this place. 👌

The house is great. It was the perfect space for our family of 5 adults and a baby. We had a funeral in Delhi which was an easy drive. The decor is so nice and the views are beautiful. We also were able to comfortably host another 7 adults for a few hours one evening. My only concern was the lack of cell service in the area. (My daughter had to drive alone in the dark and the rain on those winding country roads.) Maybe just warn guests in advance and suggest where to get cell service if it's needed.

Extremely peaceful and relaxing on a dead end in the mountains! The sound of birds chirping and a constant stream/mountain water running during our stay was calming. Maria's house was beautiful, clean, and felt like home. Hot tub was large and the fact that it was covered made it more versatile with weather. We will be returning and recommend to anyone looking for peace and quiet in a clean and charming home. Maria was very responsive and helpful and made sure our trip was enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 boys (7&3 years old) we booked the house because of how close it was to skiing at bellayare mountain. Cathy was very responsive and answer all of our questions. Home was clean and pictures are exactly what the house looks like. Cozy home. The stairs in the house were very steep, something to keep in mind when staying with kids and no drive way. They provided a baby gate which gave me a piece of mind during the night. Highly recommend staying here.

Navneet's home is the epitome of peaceful bliss and the perfect getaway from New York City. Nestled deep in the Catskills, it's the perfect balance of being in nature and having access to incredible restaurants and cafes just a 10 mins drive away. We went with our dog and Navneet was really accommodating about ensuring our pet had the best time. my personal favorite part about the home are the cozy reading nooks spread across rooms. Don't think twice before booking this wonderful getaway - you're gonna love it :)

I like the space. Beautiful open interior of the living room, dining room, study, and the kitchen too... it's all flowing nicely. The front deck is just perfect to have your morning coffee surrounded with nature's beauty, birds sound and the river water sound... so peaceful and lovely! I'd definitely come back and recommend Kai's home to family and closest friends only. Thank you.
