Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Hardenburgh

Cathy is a great host and was friendly and responsive. We loved our time at the Tiny House! It was a perfect winter getaway for us. It was the perfect amount of space for the 2 of us and the location was peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for and we’d highly recommend staying at the Tiny House!

Everything was great and as expected. I found the description of this Airbnb to be spot on. No surprises. Great stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb was everything we were hoping for, nestled in a beautiful nook among the trees, it felt like a perfect escape. The house itself was cozy, warm, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and unwind. We especially enjoyed working from the deck, surrounded by nature. The neighborhood was lovely for walks, and we also took advantage of the area for runs and bike rides. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to get away and recharge!

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

Another review said it was more beautiful than the pictures and I agree! The home and space was so serene even though it was a bit rainy. We had a great stay at Katie’s cozy mountain house. From the patio, we were able to watch the birds and the deer pass by, and the house gave us easy access to some awesome hikes and cute villages. It was super relaxing and a wonderful time in the beautiful Catskills! Thank you, Katie!

We stayed 2 nights at Bob and Jackie's place with our 2 kids. The apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival which we really appreciate (an extra bed was already made for our kids to sleep). There was enough space for the 4 of us, the kitchen is fully equipped too. Although it was raining heavily during our stay, we could enjoy our time outside because of a little covered area on the back of the building with a view to the woods and a grill that we enjoyed using as well. Thanks Bob and Jackie for a nice and peaceful stay!

Ami’s place was great! Stayed for my birthday and was surprised with a delicious tres leche cake upon my arrival! The view was incredible, amenities were amazing, overall it was everything I hoped for and more. Thanks Ami!

We loved how quiet and peaceful the location was. We also loved the homey touches- the local books, the honor store out back, the fact that there was the cafe under the apartment. The setting was beautiful and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the brook and the spring peepers!

A perfect little apartment in a perfect 300 year-old stone house. Privacy. Serenity. Calm beauty. Accommodating host. Every uptown Kingston attraction and restaurant within a few minutes walk. Easy parking. A good night's sleep. Can't say that it's clutter-free, but who cares, it's really charming and that bathroom is SO relaxing with both a giant rain shower and old fashioned tub. Perfect.

It’s been a little over a week since we stayed here and I cannot stop thinking about it. The pictures in this listing are beautiful but the space is even more incredible in person. I also spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and taking in the view of the mountains - so peaceful! The attention to detail here is unmatched. From check in to checkout, everything is very clear. Communication was great. The guidebook is thorough. And, again, the space really is so well done. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings even indoors. Highly recommend!

Great lake view and very peaceful surroundings. The place was as described and overall a nice stay. Slightly awkward that the bathroom didn’t have a ceiling, but not a big deal. Also saw an otter swimming in the lake!

The Modena House was perfect for our trip. We wished we had the chance to enjoy the outdoor aspect a little more, however time and weather didn’t cooperate with us. The place is adorable, a great kitchen, nicely decorated sitting room, bathroom and bedroom made for a lovely stay. The hosts are top notch! We hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area. We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend, '25. Wanted a quiet getaway for the four of us: my wife and myself, plus our adult daughter and our high school aged daughter. This property delivered. Quiet mix of woodlands and farm. Babbling brook right outside the back door. And it was a short drive to Delhi, which was a lovely little town.

Amazing plaice. If you are looking for a place fulfilled with serenity, joy and nature, this is a place to go. The house made with love, clean and big. The creek and sounds of water with the fire pit meditative. The hot jacuzzi on the creek is relaxing and fun. The owners are nice people, very orginized and quickly responding to any conserns you migjt have. Walks on the nature is available. We will be back!!! Thank you James and Erene!!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, we thoroughly enjoyed our time! The whole space was just extremely cozy and in a pristine setting with the beautiful landscape around. The climate control was extremely easy to use especially since we stayed during a colder period. Overall a fantastic stay! The bathroom is a little small, but not really an issue!

Maciej & Ana’s place was the perfect getaway from the busy NYC life. The back doors open up and there is a screen protector to prevent insects flying in. Our tiny anxious Pom, Angel, warmed up to the cabin so quick. If you do bring your furry friend, make sure they take tick & flea meds, as we had to pull some off Angel. We didn’t get to use the fireplace outside since it was wet & rainy our whole time there but despite this, we really enjoyed watching the rain & many birds from inside the cozy cabin Maciej is an amazing host as well! he responds so fast and was present every step of the way to make sure we had everything we need and enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much

This is the perfect glamping site! Sam is super helpful, the property is adorable (he has a few other sites on the property). It’s the perfect place to unplug. The mineral tub was so relaxing and unique. We will definitely be back to experience one of the other sites. Tip: communicate with Sam (arrival time and when you arrive) this way you have a hot tub and know how to keep it hot.

The bedroom is stunning, with a charming design that made sleeping there a true pleasure. I also loved the wood style decor throughout the cabin; it added a warm, rustic charm that I found absolutely captivating. We will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and cozy getaway!

A wonderfully relaxing place to stay. The hot tub and sauna are wonderful, as is the bedroom with the view of the mountains. We plan to come back soon.
