Monthly Rentals in Happy Valley

The house was very homey and very tidy. Obviously our favorite part of the house was the views from the deck and being able to see it from inside! The hosts were very communicative and made sure that we knew we can reach out to them anytime. Would definitely stay here again!

My sister and I traveled to Redding to visit our sick grandparents, it was a trip we wernt looking forward too due to the circumstances…but honestly coming home to this rental was what we needed. Clean, quiet, and just what we needed to decompress from our day. I would highly recommend staying here, Marc was a great host.

i had a great stay at treys place. he was quick the with responses answered all my questions. it was private, well cleaned, and easy to find.

Elizabeth and Charles are amazing hosts. Very responsive and kind. They always leave a sweet welcome basket, so thoughtful. Place is clean, quiet with a full kitchen and it’s exactly what we need after a long day of fishing. Plenty of parking for our boat. Our go to when fishing Shasta. Thanks again for being great hosts.
