The cabin is not directly accessible by car; there is parking spaces available about a 5-minute walk from the house. Electricity and water available! Das Haus ist nur 2 Minuten vom Skilift (Skigebiet Hintersee/Gaißau - leider diese Saison außer Betrieb) und 5 Minuten vom Badesee entfernt und bietet perfekte Möglichkeiten zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken. Perfekt geeignet für Familien und größere Gruppen.

Unser familienfreundliches Ferienhaus, auf unserem kleinen Bauernhof, liegt in sehr sonniger und ruhiger Lage in Ortsnähe, im Wander- u. Naturschnee-Skigebiet Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau).Die Keltenstadt Hallein erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 20 min., die Mozartstadt Salzburg in ca. 30 min. und das Skigebiet in 5 min. Diverse Sommer- und Winterwanderwege/Badeseen laden ein, die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch 2025 erhalten meine Gäste die Tennengau Card per Email.

Auf 35m² bietet die Ferienwohnung Hubert jeglichen Komfort. Die Ferienwohnung besitzt eine voll ausgestatteter Küche. In dieser steht Ihnen zur Verfügung: Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Geschirrspüler. Von dort aus kommt man in das Schlafzimmer und in das Badezimmer. Im Winter wird in der gesamten Wohnung mit Fußbodenheizung geheizt. Eine Veranda auf der Südostseite lädt zum Morgenkaffee mit wunderschönem Blick auf Bergpanorama ein.

It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

The newly built studio in our farmhouse offers everything for a relaxing vacation and is modernly equipped with everything you need for a vacation. A picnic basket breakfast is possible on request at any time. You can choose from three different variants. From May 2025, there will be a sauna and hot tub in the garden with wonderful views of the mountains. Deck chairs and seating invite you to linger in the garden.

You live in a typical mountain farm. The house can be reached via a MOUNTAIN ROAD about 10 km outside the local area (supermarket) in a quiet location. Is comfortably furnished, hot water and space heating can be heated yourself in the cold season with wood-burning stove. Ideal for self-catering. Bring your own duvet covers. The city tax is €1.50 per night and per person, children up to 12 years are free.
