In summer, it is an Eldorado for mountain athletes and mountain bikers. In winter, a great ski resort with over 230 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes. Fully equipped apartment located in the building of the 4-star hotel Vitalhotel in the pleasant mountain town of Gosau, in one of the most beautiful areas of the Alps - Salzkammergut. Our 50m2 apartment available 3+kk for up to 5 people has everything needed for a satisfied stay, including well-equipped kitchen, wellness (sauna and pool) and fitness included in the price of accommodation. Great place to stay in any season. It is especially suitable for families with children.

It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

This centrally located property is a 10-minute walk from Salzburg's Old Town. A bus stop is 100 meters away. The apartment has 35 sqm and is generously distributed. The bathroom has a shower, double sink, towel dryer, hairdryer and illuminated makeup mirror. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, an elevator is available. A carport parking space can be rented separately, otherwise a parking space is available subject to availability.

The Comfort - apartment is located on the 1st floor in our newly renovated VILLA ELISA (built in 1906), ideal for 2-6 guests and comfortably reached via elevator. It consists of 1 sleeping room with 1 double and 1 single bed, 1 bath with shower, sink and modern shower toilet, 1 living/dining room with kitchenette, dining table and a functional sofa. 3 additional guests can comfortably sleep in 1 Murphy double bed and 1 single bed.

Additionally, the Loferer cable car is only a 5 minute walk away. Enjoy eventful excursions to Salzburg City or the lake town of Zell am See by riding the bus at the bus stop located just behind the building.

Our apartment house is centrally located and in a very quiet location in the well-known holiday resort of Flachau. Supermarket and restaurants are very close. Hand towels, bath towels and bed linens are included.
