From the apartment you have direct access to the beautiful river Mattig, charming hiking trails in the adjacent forest and only 10 minutes walk to the Mattsee lake. The convenient location provides an ideal starting point for excursions to Salzburg and the surrounding areas. The owners are Austrian-Irish and will be able to assist you in English.

And whether you're snuggling up in the pillows again or discovering the breathtaking nature for yourself full of energy – here, vacation is authentic and pure. You will stay in the former farmhouse at about 800 m above sea level in close proximity to the magnificent Carinthian lakes and surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Carnic Alps.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Apartment on organic farm 'Laussnitzer'

The cozy, well-equipped apartment for 5 people on the organic farm Laußnitzer with cows, chickens and pigs is located at about 1,200 m above sea level on a sunny south-facing slope. The farm is the starting point for hikes in the Carinthian Nockberge in summer and winter. The Ski Eldorado Katschberg can be reached by car in 10 minutes. In walking distance Rennweg there are numerous restaurants and a supermarket.

Horse farm in Eastern Styria

Experience unforgettable days on a small horse farm in eastern Styria. In a basement with centuries-old wooden floors and a cozy stove, you sleep right next to the horse paddock. This stylish and spacious loft is perfect for couples or families with small children. On request, an additional room with its own bathroom can be booked on the first floor. Please simply ask.
