A great house in a beautiful location! Bernhard was very easy to work with. We enjoyed playing ping pong and eating out on the porch with the gorgeous mountains in the background. We were traveling with our young kids who loved the house and yard too. We hope to come again.

The house is huge (as the host’s heart!) , fully equipped; the place located within up to 1 hour from most points of interest; we very enjoyed our stay at Barth’s house! Very recommended.

Snezana-Mile is an amazing host who was very responsive to our questions (and there were many😊). The accommodation is in a village a short walk from Salzburg, in a nice modern house. It is in a quiet environment, very clean, comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and in addition to the classic amenities, we were delighted with the little things - coffee (and chocolate) capsules, tea, spices, and so on. The bathrooms didn't lack all the necessary toiletries. There was plenty of storage space in the rooms. Also, the fly screens in the windows were pleased. Our group of 8 was very welcoming and comfortable. It is about 20 minutes by bus to the center of Salzburg, Snezana-Mile has also equipped travel tickets. I definitely recommend staying in Au, we'd love to come back again. Snezana-Mile – thanks so much ♥

Erich has created a piece of jewellery. We felt very comfortable. Technically up to the cutting edge. Everything in the cottage is very thoughtful, we didn't miss anything. Our stay took place in early March and we assumed that we rarely leave the cottage because you can really settle there. You can enjoy the fire with a glass of wine. We took tons of books with us... Exceptional, however, the weather was very, very nice and sunny. Unfortunately, the sun does not reach the Pointäusl at this time of year and we could not use the really magnificent outdoor area, which was a pity. We'll be back for sure - but in summer! Erich and his Pointhäusl deserve five stars plus!!!

A very charming and eclectic home to stay at for our holiday. It looks very much like the photos, but has an added charm to it that can’t be conveyed by photos. It is an older home but has all of the modern amenities that you need for your stay, such as a fully functioning kitchen. The plunge pool is cold and refreshing on a hot day and our son enjoyed playing in the backyard. Although it isn’t necessarily the most child proof home, Ingo made sure that we had a crib with bedding and a child safety gate for our 2 year old. There were also some toys provided for our toddler to play with. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home.

The location of the place is perfect. You can walk to St. Wolfgang within minutes. We were received very nicely and felt comfortable right from the start.

The accommodation was superbly located, if you wanted a city feeling of Salzburg and at the same time a little peace. The bus drove not far from the apartment directly into the old town, DM, Hofer, Spar are a few minutes' walk away. Hannes responded very quickly and kindly to questions, and a short spontaneous meeting was very nice! Recommended!

Everything was absolutely clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped — nothing was really missing. The comfortable beds in particular ensured a restful sleep. Viktoria is a warm hostess who was always helpful and gave us great tips for excursions in the area. We 100% recommend the place!

Great for a short stop! We stayed with Magdalena for 4 nights (passing through) and nothing was missing. Very clean, everything fine, well equipped! In any case, it was completely enough for us. Communication was quick and flawless. To the center of town about 5 cozy minutes by bike. The house is right on the bike path to St. Gilgen, very quiet. If there is definitely something to complain about: You can't really darken, it's light early! It didn't really bother us.

The view is great and you can see Wolfgang Lake even when sitting on the bed of the house. The accommodation was clean and well equipped with parking. They were quick to take care of things that were unexpected.

Positives: The apartment was just as pictured, new, well appointed, spacious and spotlessly clean and was in a great location for us to drive between Salzburg and Berchtesgaden and Magdalena (our host) was very warm and friendly. Cons: It is a working farm and the family live there. The dairy barn was directly across from our balcony and the kids play area was right below our bedroom windows -which we needed to leave open during summer. The noise levels early in the morning and throughout the day (delivery trucks and kids playing/crying definitely impacted our ability to sleep and relax. We also had some difficulty communicating with our hosts RE basics like check in, laundry, getting an iron, etc. Some of this was due to our arrival on a holiday, some due to the language difference (tho English was listed here as a language spoken) some due to our host being quite busy with other tasks during our visit. All understandable, yet we'd likely have booked elsewhere if we'd known.

We absolutely loved our stay at Johannes’ place in St. Wolfgang! The views of the lake and mountains were breathtaking, and the direct lake access was a dream. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the terrace, and relaxing with a glass of wine or beer on the deck by the water was a highlight. The location is ideal — peaceful yet just a short walk to everything: shops, restaurants, and the ferry. Johannes was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable. We felt at home from the start and loved it so much we’ve already booked again for next year. Highly recommended!

Very relaxing stay. Totally pleasing hosts. The pool was really great and the whole garden had sun all day. Very nice places easily and quickly accessible. Very suitable for running/hiking or just relaxing.

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

Tabea was very available and answered all questions happily and nicely, the apartment was sparkling with cleanliness and was well equipped, there was no detail missing!! Down to the smallest details... The view was amazing beautiful apartment the furniture looked new and kept a warm and cozy atmosphere we had a great time!!! It was perfect!! Susanne's apartment completely met our expectations. It is perfectly equipped, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom was very modern and the shower nice and large. The terrace is very large and partly covered. The view is beautiful, directly on the Planai and down to Schladming. Susanne was very active as a host and gave us very nice recommendations for hiking. She also took a lot of time for this and gave good descriptions of the 5 routes she can recommend. The accommodation also had recommendations for restaurants in the area. All in all, we were super satisfied during our stay and have nothing negative to report. Thank you Susanne for the great accommodation and the great recommendations you gave us!

When we arrived at the place, we were impressed by the beautiful surrounding landscape. The check-in process is well described and was conquered on the first try. The apartment breathed a piece of home on us and was a great starting point for all-day hiking trips. Very nice place to stay, close to Hallstatt, not so far from Salzburg. Lots of activities around. The appartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Therese was very responsive. Highly recommended.

What a gem. We absolutely loved the Barn. Friendly welcome on arrival even though we were early. Matthius told us how lovingly the Barn was restored. You can see the effort & time that has gone in to this. Everything you could possibly want in facilities. Great streaming services on TV..Well equipped kitchen. Super comfy bed after a long day visiting Saltzburg. Thank you for your hospitality .Already looking forward to visiting again.
