House holiday rentals in Haarlem

Lovely cottage for a week away with our toddler. Beautiful quiet park and wooded area. The garden of the cottage offers all kinds of nice playgrounds for children, so you can sit quietly as a parent.

We were there with 6 adults and 3 children over the Pentecost weekend. The area is beautiful, there is a lot to do and a supermarket is also close by. The accommodation was super nice and well equipped, as the weather was a bit mixed, we were very happy to have a nice living room, the hot tub and also the hotel nearby, as you could use a larger pool (indoor), a game room and the other amenities. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time at Wenja's beautiful beach house. It was so lovingly and chicly furnished, the kitchen fully equipped. The description of the apartment is absolutely true. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and the sauna afterwards was a treat. In a few minutes, you will be on the beautiful beach with nice beach bar. (It may be worth mentioning that one section is a dog beach. So many friendly dogs are a huge pleasure for our children. ) From the apartment it is only a few minutes by car to the shopping center in the village and many attractions (e.g. Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zandvoort, etc.) can be reached in 20-40 minutes. Nice, quiet stay in nature. Great to unwind and enjoy a little wellness. Sauna and Whirlpool worked well and the introduction from Peter was easy to understand and follow. There s bikes to lend at any time, the vacation home is conveniently located close to Putten. Thanks a lot for a relaxing stay.

Both the building and the interior are in very good, almost new condition. The equipment with utensils for daily use is excellent. The landlords are very easy to reach and help at any time. The vacation home is located within a campsite with pool, shop, etc. You can see the description. The house has a "field edge location" in the campsite, so it is very quiet. Location near the beach, best to check on Google Earth. During our stay, there was no reason to complain.

The house is idyllically located on an island strip and can be reached by boat. Bas introduced us to everything uncomplicated and relaxed and we had a very nice holiday in the house

We were there the second time. Great accommodation and beautiful grounds. The large pool is heated and therefore great for the whole family even in not so hot weather.

A beautiful, cozy and family furnished house with really everything you need. You could spend good weather relaxing in the garden, but we could also spend rainy days well, because there were many opportunities for the children to work and play in the house and garden. Anoek was always available and was able to help us immediately with any questions. We felt very comfortable and spent a great vacation there! Thank you!

Linde is a great host, proactive for anything which might go wrong, gave a good list of facilities, restaurants, shops, places of interest and quick to respond to any issues we had. We had a couple of hot days and Linde suggested ways in which we could get cooler. The location is great, just 5 mins from the railway station. There is a park across the road and a boat hire 2 mins away. Amsterdam is 20 mins away by train. We went to Amsterdam several times but it is so crowded compared to Haarlem. We had small children with us. They loved the toybox which Linde had generously left. All in all we had a great host, a great location and a great stay.

I and 7 other friends came to Nanda and Peter's place for 5 days. We loved being in the home and loved exploring Haarlem from there. We highly recommend the place and would love to come back some day.

Lovely stay in a beautiful location with easy access to Amsterdam using public transport. Very helpful hosts with frequent communication answering any questions and even booking dinner on our behalf. Highly recommended!

We must start with our host, Thijs, who is warm, really helpful, communicates lucidly and rapidly, and is his own best asset. His home is on one of the loveliest streets in Haarlem; all green, quiet, in a pedestrian and bicycle-only zone; walking distance to a canal, our favorite coffee shop in Haarlem, Maeve,, and just around the corner from our favorite breakfast and lunch restaurant, Ti Bissou. It is a short walk to anyplace one might wish to visit or shop in Haarlem. The apartment is just as pictured -- lots of light and spacious, but with privacy through very sensible design. The kitchen and bath facilities are excellent; the rest of the living space is clean and very comfortable. We did not get to use the small garden space due to the weather, however the view and light were always a lovely start to the day, as were the many birdsongs that began early and sweetly. Highly recommended; we plan to return.

Our stay at Charlotte‘s house was just wonderful. Everything was absolutely clean and very cozy. The Bloemendaal train station was just a 5min walk away and took us in 5min to the Haarlem city center and 25min to Amsterdam. The communication was extremely friendly. All in all we had a great time there :)!

We had a lovely stay at Michael’s place. We booked it for a girls trip with a group of 7. It was the perfect size, lovely surroundings and really central! Would definitely recommend!

What a gorgeous, well appointed house. There was a supermarket nearby and bus stop to get into the centre of Haarlem which was beautiful and very interesting with so many things to see and do. Hosts were very welcoming, wine, waffles and chocolate on arrival! Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you for a wonderful weekend break.

We loved our stay in Heemstede. Paul was a very responsive host and quickly answered the few questions we had. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. It was great to come back to after a long day visiting surrounding areas.

Alexander and Marijete's place was a delightful place to spend a week exploring Haarlem, and Holland. The house is beautiful and comes with everything you would expect to find in a family home and more. This suited us perfectly, and our Toddler really enjoyed playing with the toys and games which were a great bonus. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, in walking (or biking on the included bikes) distance from Haarlem; with a good supermarket also nearby. We used bikes or bus (bus stop 2 mins) to get into town, which allowed us to connect via rail to Amsterdam in around 20 mins. The other great thing about Haarlem is that it is equally close to the beaches of Zandvoort and Bloemendaal. The beaches are clean and have good cafes nearby; we were luck to have great weather all week so had two days at the beach. Other recommends: Delft (pottery and great fleamarket), Zansee Schans (Windmills, clogs and cheese), Efteling (magical theme park) Amsterdam (lots to do!)

We had a great time staying with Florence. Check-in was totally nice. I was there with my little son and we particularly liked the surroundings. A playground is within walking distance and the supermarket has also been not far away. Always happy to come back:)

The place is in a good location near a street full of restaurants and shops. It's walkable to those, a grocery store, and the river. The unit is lovely and the decor and amenities have a designer's aesthetic. They felt premium for an AirBnB! Carolien was helpful and accommodating to our schedule, and had good communication. We had a very nice stay. Thank you Carolien!

Marije’s home is incredible. We loved the vibe. We loved the practicality of the space. We loved the comfort and delightfully peaceful areas like the L shaped sofa and the roof seating. It was a wonderful home to be in. To our delight, it introduced us to the joys of Haarlem! From Gast cafe, not 5 doors down the road, to Spanish restaurants, sprawling markets, and other delightful places. The places we visited were mostly Marije’s recommendations and we loved them all. Wieke looked after us throughout the stay and was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially for our flexible arrival and departure times. We loved our time in this home and city and would definitely return to both!

Michiel's house is stunning and beautiful. We loved every detail of it - the paintings, the furniture, everything was unique and in perfect harmony with the beautiful old house. The rooms are spacious and bright. We all loved the sunny and shady patio/garden. The kids were playing ping-pong almost all the time, and we all enjoyed sitting at the wooden garden table having drinks and nibbles in the sun. Michiel is a lovely host - very proactive, very caring, very quick in answering questions. He had put together a very detailed manual for the house and its surroundings (including recommendations for the best bakery, the best supermarkets and the very best chip shop). We were even allowed to use the family's city bikes, which was absolutely great given that Haarlem is a city made for cyclists. Also very nice neighborhood with many kids and friendly people. It was always easy to find a parking lot in the street, and the parking there is for free!

Perfect location for a weekend trip to Haarlem. The flat is beautiful and located right in the city center with close proximity to attractions and restaurants in town. Stan is a very kind and helpful host, so highly recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a getaway in Haarlem.

Koens' house is absolutely beautiful, very tastefully decorated and well thought out, but also homely and comfortable. Everything you need is provided including a well equipped kitchen. The garden is also pretty and with a great cosy outdoor sheltered seating area. Koen was great at communicating, very friendly and helpful, also sounding quite relaxed. The location is fantastic- easy to find and use public transport or bikes to get around.
