We had a wonderful time at the chalet! The accommodation is very nice, lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The surroundings invite you to relax – perfect for escaping everyday life. The contact with the hosts was super friendly and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the chalet!

Our stay was wonderful! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The host was excellent in communication—friendly, fast and helpful. The location was also perfect: a quiet environment, ideal for relaxing, but at the same time a lot to do nearby. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a carefree and pleasant stay!

It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

A nice place to stay in a holiday park. To the reception 2 min walk, supermarket, swimming pool, mini golf etc also nearby. The house has a second fridge in the storage room. Unfortunately, the house is not very well insulated, but the heating works great. The fireplace makes the living room cozy. The kitchen is also well equipped. The beddings and towels must be picked up and paid at the reception. However, it and Sylvia refunded the amount immediately.

A great and clean house in a quiet neighborhood. With 8 people, we got along with the rooms and bathroom spaces. Pool was in our satisfaction!

We had a wonderful time at Wenja's beautiful beach house. It was so lovingly and chicly furnished, the kitchen fully equipped. The description of the apartment is absolutely true. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and the sauna afterwards was a treat. In a few minutes, you will be on the beautiful beach with nice beach bar. (It may be worth mentioning that one section is a dog beach. So many friendly dogs are a huge pleasure for our children. ) From the apartment it is only a few minutes by car to the shopping center in the village and many attractions (e.g. Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zandvoort, etc.) can be reached in 20-40 minutes. Joke is great! She is very friendly and is always helpful. The apartment is just great for 2 people, pragmatically equipped and incredibly quiet. We sat in the garden in the afternoon after our morning cycling or hiking tours and enjoyed the tranquility. Restaurants, supermarket, bakery, etc. are in walking distance. Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Medemblik are within 1 hour by car. We felt more than comfortable here!

This was such a great airbnb I truly don’t really have any dislikes. It’s not directly in the city more on the very outskirts of it so you need to either drive or take the train. The train is about a 5 minute walk from the house and it’s easy to navigate. The space itself was clean and beautiful, Mike and Mike left recommendations and had basically every amenity you would need! Great find for a great price!

We had a lovely stay at Michael’s place. We booked it for a girls trip with a group of 7. It was the perfect size, lovely surroundings and really central! Would definitely recommend!

A lovely quiet place, everything you need is there, even ice cubes and washcloths.😀 Everything has been thought of. Indeed a wonderful bed, spacious bedroom and bathroom, where you can store your things. Nice and flexible hosts and a beautiful environment. Supermarket and restaurants close by. Small cottage with in a top location. The house was very cozy in the backyard of Ellen. We found everything we needed (spices, oil, tissues, etc.) and even got some fresh eggs. We spend two lovely days here and will come back.

We stayed in the area for the first time and chose the place due to the beautiful place. We had a wonderful 5 days. There was everything you needed, everything was clean and you felt right at home. The location is absolutely fantastic, lots of privacy and you walked quickly to the beach and the city. We will definitely come again! Absolute heart recommendation.

We had a wonderful weekend with our family in this beautiful and very cozy farm. The owners have clearly put a lot of work and love into the renovation. They were also very friendly and helpful in the contact and, together with the roaming chickens, provided a very welcome feeling. Highly recommended!

I was with a friend and her dog for four nights in the accommodation. We enjoyed the time in the beautiful cottage! The location is very nice, the accommodation is clean and the kitchen is really well equipped. Communication with Linda is easy and fast. We will be back!

The house is very spacious, clean and has a great outdoor space. The bathroom is a stand out with a large shower and double sink. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and sightseeing in the city centre. Would certainly return to this gem in Alkmaar.

We had a super nice holiday week in the cozy cottage and the wonderful garden. The vacation home is perfectly located and well equipped.

There is nothing to add to the comments, the house has its peculiar charme. What is'nt mentioned clealy in the description: you have to bring your own towels. Two bicycles can be rented. The parking place behind the house is public but mostly available. For coffee lovers: machine is available with capsule system 'Dolce Gusto'. You can find more Infos at vakantiehuis-noord-holland(dot com). We would definitely come again.

We immediately felt very comfortable in Martine's cottage. From the many windows and glass doors, even in the bedroom, you have great views of nature and on the beautiful terrace there are different seating options, even overlooking a small horse paddock. The cottage is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. By bike we only had to cross the street and were directly in beautiful, bike-friendly surroundings. Martine immediately helped us with each of our concerns - we can't imagine a better host! Thanks again for everything! Also for the beautiful welcome! It's been a great time!
