Monthly Rentals in Gulf of Nicoya

We only stayed one night and really enjoyed our stay. The property was spotless and the instructions were very clear. Ana was easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed. It was the first time I had seen so many avocados growing on trees. The setting was peaceful, the air conditioning was nice, and the black out shades were a plus! The best part was the delicious breakfast!! Thank you Ana!!!

This place is perfect location, steps from the beach and walking distance to most of the shops, food and light life! The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. They did my laundry for $5 and left it folded, outside of my room the same day. The bathroom was a little small but I didn´t mind. The water was hot. Would no doubt stay here again in Jacó.

This is among one of the best vacations I have ever taken. Between the monkeys, the boa and birds...you cannot beat this location. Andrew and June were MORE than helpful, available and willing to make this the best experience you can imagine. Barbara, down the street, will give you the most amazing unique massage. HONESTLY, BEST MASSAGE IN 10 YEARS! Transport is tricky here, but, that is why Andrew and June were imperative. Perhaps, you will be visited by Yeller in the morning....a very friendly local kitty. I COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MORE. EVEN IF YOU ARE SINGLE, IT IS CLEAN, SAFE and COMFORTING ;)

Was just as beautiful and clean in person! It is prime for location as its right outside Playa Hermosa and 10 minutes from Jaco. But still very quiet and peaceful! 10/10 airbnb. We will definitely be back.
