Monthly Rentals in Guidonia

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tivoli, and Cecilia and her family were a major part in making that a reality. From the beginning they were proactive and friendly in their communication with us, and they we very helpful with the information they provided regarding local spots to visit. We would definitely be happy to stay with them again in a future visit to Tivoli and highly recommend that anyone looking for a stay at a place that is central to everything in Tivoli do so with Cecilia. Potential visitors should only be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there are only stairs, so if that is something that is physically difficult for you, then you should be aware of that. For us, it was not a deterrent, and we got a good little exercise on our way in from and out to our adventures.

Fabio's communication was very good.. he constantly asked if there was anything he could help with and explained all the details to us in person. In an effort to be absolutely perfect

Heyyy, it was so nice and super clean. Loved the balcony and the advise we got for restaurants and activities!!! Also they were sweet and asked if everything was fine! Super chill check in and check out. Would stay there again !!!❤️❤️

We stayed at Alissa beautiful home for 5 nights. From the time we were ready to leave London from the time we landed in Rome Alissa was in contact with us.Throughout our whole stay she was amazing the best host ever. Alissa made sure we had a comfortable stay at the flat she was very responsive and answered all text messages promptly . The flat was beautiful it was spacious clean and modern. The flat had everything we could possibly need for our trip if anyone is thinking of going to Rome I highly recommend you stay at this beautiful apartment Alissa is a very friendly and a helpful host . Any tourist attractions that we wanted to go and see Alissa would tell us how to get there this made our trip so much easier. Alissa is an excellent host she gave us instructions on how to get to the city centre from Ciampino airport using the coach and what metro train we would need to get to Guidonia. From Guidonia station the apartment is 10 to 15mins walk. Check in was so easy.
