Private suite holiday rentals in Guanajuato

I felt instantly at home the moment I walked into Ana’s Casa del Pozo. My room, bed, and private in-room bath were comfortable, clean, well-maintained and authentically Mexican. The kitchen is fully stocked and available to guests who wish to cook. Even the dogs are instantly friendly and make guests feel like part of the family. Ana’s place is beautifully situated high on the hills of Guanajuato. Views are beautiful night and day. Walkable via public stairs and callejones that make Guanajuato so charming…but challenging for those who are not fit and inaccessible for those with mobility issues. The WiFi works well and desk space is appropriate for those who wish to handle a bit of work during their stay. Ana herself is warm, friendly, intelligent, attentive and virtually always available to give proactive advice or answer a question. I highly recommend Casa Del Pozo and look forward to my future return.

Good place and excellent view of the city.

The place has a really beautiful view. Access by car is easy, however, consider that walking to the center you must go down from the pipila. You can use the cable car (for a fee) or walk down all the stairs. Other than that, everything is very clean and very nice

Everything is very nice, excellent, very friendly person and super comfortable place with parking, you don't need to move in a car. Everything is close! We hope to be back soon

The room was very tidy, clean, the terrace is beautiful and the super central location would definitely stay again. The only thing to improve would be the wifi signal that did not reach the room, but the host was always pending and tried to fix it.

Deana and Dennis are a special kind of host. You feel like you are staying at the home of your longtime friends. They are so warm and welcoming and their home is beyond beautiful. I loved the location. Outside of town but still close. You do need a car or a driver and there is no cell service at or around the property but once you get to the house you’ll have Starlink available. We stayed at multiple Airbnbs in town and this was my favorite.

Very good location, two blocks from the stadium. Adequate cleaning and amenities, fast internet. Always attentive and flexible. I highly recommend it, I would book it again.

Adequate, clean and quiet accommodation. On my dates, there were festivities that complicated access. Just validate your dates, but in general, it's close to the center. Recommended! Oscar in immediate communication.

Amazing stay at Casa Cielo. Nicole and Jack are great. Super kind, extremely helpful, and accommodating. They assisted me with early check in and late checkout to better accommodate my travel schedule. It was a huge help. The interior space has a very cozy San Miguel feel, with the main entrance being full glass windows for amazing light and air flow. Bedding was great. Bathroom is spacious with plenty hot water. The exterior of the space has 3 lounge areas. Great for reading, tanning, etc. Incredible views for sunset. Easy to get to and from the town center with uber. Also a beautiful walk down. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

It was nice and cozy

Rest assured, David and Chei have done everything possible to make a stay in their suite wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly, they were helpful, kind and knew San Miguel de Allende front to back. We appreciated the fresh air, the cozy floors, and the purified water system. Literally any and all questions were welcome, and we've never met such interesting hosts. The location made for an easy walk to see all the sights.

Excellent space, very comfortable and clean. Diana was always very attentive and was very kind and accessible at all times. The area is very secure. I recommend it 100%. I would definitely stay at the place again.

In general, I thought it was a good place, quiet and full of security. The accommodation as such was very clean and nice, the room has its own bathroom, and the kitchen is shared with the other guests; just keep in mind that in the photos it looks more spacious and the place is actually a bit small but still a good place🫶🏻, you have your privacy and comfort. Access is very safe, so you don't have to worry about insecurity. I definitely recommend it.

The accommodation delivered what it promised and more. Clean, well located and no dramas. The host was punctual, clear and straightforward. He did not invade my space or ask unnecessary questions. I appreciate that. The communication was efficient, as it should be. The comfortable bed, the Wi-Fi without failures, and the place had that minimalist vibe that lets you think without distractions.
