Holiday rentals with breakfast in Grimaud

I had a great time, the accommodation was comfortable, clean and very quiet, ideal for a solo stay. The host was available and friendly, which helped me a lot. I would this place without hesitation!

Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in complete privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village center and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

Olivier is passionate about astronomy, his passion is quickly contagious in his presence. The space is cozy and comfortable. A nice meeting.

We truly loved every minute of our stay. Mougins is one of the special places on Earth. The apartment is perfectly situated at the edge of the carless old town allowing you to drop luggage steps from the front door. Parking was easy and nearby and free. Only once did we have to park at the main lot (a small distance away). There is a lovely courtyard where we ate breakfast (that we bought) every morning preferring this to the cafes. And the kitchen is fully stocked. Even eggs and butter and yogurt. The beds are super comfortable. And there are two large bathrooms. Laetitia and Orly are amazing helping with reservations and even handling an emergency mailing for us. They are the Best Airbnb Hosts. Hot tips: Our fave restaurant remains the Michelin starred L'Amandier. Don't miss it. Also, if you want your own breakfast food or groceries, be sure to buy in Lower Mougins because the old village has no groceries. One night we bought rotisserie chicken at Poulet Mouginoisse.

Our stay at the new Villa Topolino was excellent: the villa itself is very nice and welcoming, recently refurbished and pleasant to live in, even with two families at the same time. Rebecca has offered extra support during a storm that stopped electricity in the neighborhood. The shared spaces including the patio, an amazing garden, plus the external jacuzzi and external kitchen are beautiful to enjoy from morning to night. The location is very convenient and silent all day and night, close to Garoupe beach, and to the sentier du Littoral. Antibes is 20 min walk. Rebecca has been a wonderful host, very proactive, welcoming, patient, she made everyone feel at home.

Beautiful, superbly equipped apartment with a fantastic terrace and wonderful views - on one side the sea, on the other the impressive red rocks of the Esterel mountains. Everything was very clean, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The resort in Cap Esterel is very well maintained, full of flowers and offers everything you need: restaurants, small shops, bakeries, leisure activities - all within walking distance and at a fair price. The beach is very close, free parking is also available. Many beautiful places such as Cannes, Saint-Raphaël or picturesque coastal villages can be reached quickly by car. We would especially like to thank our hosts Olivier and Charles - they were very friendly, helpful and always available. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be happy to come back!

Honestly, nothing to say. Everything was perfect . The accommodation is very well equipped and clean . It has everything you need . We are less than a 15 min walk from the old antibes . The bakery and convenience store 5 min from the accommodation . Sarah is very responsive and welcoming . Transportation ( train station , bus ) is right next door. We chose the bike to walk ... 1 hour by bike/ easy with bike path that runs along the coast to Nice .

The house was exactly what we were looking for—comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Angela mentioned she appreciates Japanese guests, who are known for being clean and respectful. I even suggested she visit Japan, and she happily told me it’s already her next holiday destination! Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Nathalie and Jean-Luc have furnished a very nice apartment on their beautiful property in the middle of great nature, where we felt very comfortable for 12 days. We didn't miss anything. We used the electronic grill plate in the outdoor area almost every day to prepare our meals. We found that very pleasant. The apartment in the basement of the main house has two private terraces incl. garden furniture (one completely covered). Nathalie and Jean-Luc make the beautiful pool belonging to the house available to their guests at any time. This applies to the entire outdoor area. Nathalie offers her guests a rich breakfast on request. Due to our vacation habits, we did not take advantage of the great offer, but we are sure that we can definitely recommend the breakfast. Nathalie attaches great importance to quality and ambience. The excursion tips were all great. We will definitely be back.

Very nice apartment, extremely well-equipped and 1 min walk from the center and parking included in the rental (which is well appreciated because it is complicated to find a place otherwise). Air conditioning is a real plus in view of the heat. Lots of recommendations and communication with Magali and Cédric was perfect. Please note that for people with reduced mobility, it is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Lively neighborhood during the day, and maybe a little noisy at night but the hosts have nothing to do with it.

If you go to Verdun, I highly recommend this accommodation! The room is pretty and tidy, the facilities are good, and there's a cute cat! The sunset and lake overlooking the back garden are really beautiful! And the breakfast that the host makes is really delicious!! In particular, I had a problem with the rental car, but you helped me a lot. Thanks to you, I have a very good memory. Thank you!!!

Patricia is an exceptional host, very welcoming, warm and flexible with any changes in the program, which makes you feel “at home” from the 1st minute. We had the most amazing stay at Gerard’s place. The room and the view are exactly the same as described in the photos. The view from the terrace is really gorgeous and they also allowed us to use the pool. The house is located in a quiet place but walkable distance to nearby beach while Saint Tropez is around 20 minutes drive but can get longer than one hour to reach in busy summer months. Gerard and Danielle are really warm hosts and nice to talk with. The jams made by Danielle were delicious. We will definitely return to their place for our next trip to Saint Tropez.

I recently stayed at Sandrine’s property and had an amazing experience. The place was exactly as described and looked better than the pictures. Sandrine was incredibly welcoming, kind, and responsive. She provided great local tips and was always available to answer any questions. It’s very well located for Saint Tropez and the beaches. I would recommend Sandrine's place to anyone who looking for a cozy stay near St Tropez and would definitely come back.

We really liked it at Brigitte's place. The apartment is extremely clean and very stylish. We felt very comfortable and cared for. Brigitte is incredibly friendly, showed us everything in detail and prepared us a magical breakfast (there were homemade yogurt and jams, great bread and everything your heart desires). The bed is very comfortable, the room spacious and the bathroom very modern and the shower fantastic. We were able to safely store our bikes and the place is in the middle of the village, so supermarket, restaurants and bars are very close, yet it is very quiet at night. We recommend this great place to everyone! ☀️
