Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Grimaud

Initially, the communication between the Villa and myself wasn't the best and I don't know if it is because I'm in NYC and they are in Cannes because once there, they were always reachable and helpful. This rental is more like a BNB - breakfast every morning and onsite. I needed things printed and they were there. AND on demand car service...in a Bentley (if he wasn't taking another Airbnber somewhere). For Cannes, it was a bit further to walk than I'd want BUT if I was not there for Cannes, it is perfect and honestly, it's not far at all. I really enjoyed my stay and I genuinely appreciated Elisabeth and Richard, they were great hosts. I always felt safe at the apt and enjoyed my time there. And when any emergency came up, Elisabeth would assist and I appreciated her going above and beyond. Highly recommend Villa Alexandra.

Nathalie is a very attentive and caring host. The accommodation was clean as well as the village facilities. We had great communication with her. Despite the few steps to access the village from the station, it was well worth the cost! We would definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely magical stay in this little piece of paradise, located a short distance from the city. The place is a haven of peace, perfect for recharging while staying close to urban amenities. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Christine, our host, who was very attentive throughout our stay. Every detail was carefully thought out to make our experience unforgettable. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the water pressure in the shower, a small detail that we particularly appreciated, was perfect. It's these little touches that really make a difference. The calm and serenity of the place allowed us to relax completely. We highly recommend this property, a real gem that we were delighted to discover. Thanks again to Christine, and we can't wait to come back for a future stay!

Really great home in an extremely walkable and safe location. Has all the amenities (plus extras) that you would need. Really appreciated the washing machine and drying rack in the little balcony area. Very quiet area and lots to see and do. Thanks for being so friendly and accommodating, Nadjib!

We had a wonderful break at Anne Sophie’s apartment. We had everything we needed in the apartment, the pool was on our doorstep, and the beach was a short walk away. Anne Sophie was very welcoming and helpful and even generously offered for us to stay an extra night for free when she heard of my car trouble. The apartment is well located, the area is peaceful and people friendly. It’s a great place to unwind and relax.

Veronique communicated very well. The apartment is in a fabulous location, close to the beach and the bars and restaurants. Also, an easy walk to a supermarket. The apartment was well furnished with everything we needed for our stay. The location is very secure with a private parking space.

This place was incredibly convenient, located very close to the Cannes Lions venue. Whenever I had any issues, the host responded immediately, which was a huge help. The amenities and thoughtful touches—like slippers and other essentials—went far beyond any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Cannes. Truly exceptional hospitality.

We spent a wonderful month at Isabelle’s place. She was so friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet her. She felt like an old friend by the end of the month. Her apartment was very clean and comfortable, bright, airy, cool with great breezes, very well equipped, beautifully decorated and obviously well-loved and cared for. Isabelle was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She was there to meet us and say goodbye. The apartment was close to restaurants, shops and transport. We will definitely stay there again when we come back next year to see our daughter. I highly recommend this apartment.

1- location: if you like to stay clos to the strand than its you place . You can drive to St Tropez in 15min . The see in St Maxime is clean compared to St Rafael or Ramatuelle. 2- reception: we got to St Maxime little late cause i was driving from Bruxelles to Lyon and than to St. Maxime ...Eric's wife was there at the reception ,, she gave us comprehensive info about the region, important places to go,, where to swim,,where to eat , she knows everything,, I want to thank her sooooo much for her kindness and help , she is very educated and nice person and we felt happy to meet such a wonderful person. Despite my reservation was made few days before my arrival and i did not have enough time to read ruls and conditions but she was very helpful. Cleanness: i give them 100%. Its CLEAN . I mean it , they keep the place very very clean. ...you see Eric taking care of his place all day long and also his wife is available ther . We decided to spend next years vacations in the same place

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

Very good stay for 4 people for the Gulf Marathon of St Tropez. The place is not new but functional and perfectly located. Access to the parking lot and the accommodation is a complex one but with Nathalie's many directions, everything went well. I would recommend it!

Gorgeous location!!! Place is actually better that what the published pictures show. We felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. The private resort its beautiful, lots of nature and with plenty of activities. Loved the pool, the beach and the beautiful Cote d’ Azur region.

My husband and myself, along with 3 young adult children stayed at Anna's beautiful home for 7 days. With the home being 4 floors, we each had plenty of space for ourselves as well as common areas - kitchen, living, balcony to spend time together. The location was perfect - easily walkable to the train station and all the restaurants/shops in old town Antibes, as well as the beach! Easy access to other areas in the French Riviera by train (i.e. Cannes, Monaco, Nice, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna's home and can't think of any amenity that was missing. Highly recommend, especially for families or larger groups!

We only had a short 4 night stay. But it was really super nice. From May there is still a pool, but that did not bother us as the sea can be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Many thanks to Michael and Andrew for letting us spend our vacation in this magical accommodation! We felt 100% comfortable, slept well (each room has air conditioning), had enough space for seven and always enjoyed the great view from the terrace! The equipment of the small kitchen is fabulous and we lacked nothing. Communication is excellent, very courteous, polite and friendly! A great plus is the possibility of using the tennis courts and the pool very close to the house. Our dog also liked it very much, as he could move freely through the fenced property. See you soon, hopefully!

Great value for money. For a couple, this studio is perfect, we were able to enjoy the terrace for an aperitif. Access to a washing machine was very helpful. Everything was perfect, both the welcome and the accommodation. Thanks

I was looking for a four bedroom house with a pool, for four motorcyclist friends to use as a base for touring. This ticked those boxes, but on top of that it was a truly beautiful house with stunning views. Inside, the house was spacious and comfortable, and with several outdoor seating areas to choose from it was easy to find a quiet corner to enjoy the sounds of the local wildlife. We found the place easily, and the welcome gift from Surya and Matt was a lovely touch. The only negative I found was the lack of a dishwasher, but that really wasn't a hardship at all. All in all, it's a lovely place to stay which we'd all be very happy to come back to.

Muriel was responsive from the get go and always helped with any questions I had about my stay. I was staying in saint maxime for a wedding and I couldn’t have picked a better location to stay for me and my friends. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be returning. We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !
