Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Grimaldi di Ventimiglia

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We had a wonderful stay with Pascal! His home is absolutely lovely, and we wish we were there longer. A very helpful host! Would come back again

Beautiful house, everything matches the photos and description. Impeccable cleanliness, good bedding and quality equipment. The host Gerard is welcoming, available and above all very responsive. We encountered a small electricity problem on our arrival which was quickly resolved thanks to Gérard's responsiveness. We only spent one night because we were only visiting for the weekend but we would gladly have stayed longer. Ideal house for holidays with family or groups of friends. I recommend it. Thanks again to Gerard.

Our stay went very well. The environment is superb and the neighborhood is quiet. The term "cozy nest" is quite appropriate to define the apartment, small for sure, but which suited us very well. Well equipped too. Thank you again Françoise for your hospitality, kindness and availability.

The stay was magical. Andreas Haus is surrounded by his 400 olive trees. If you are looking for peace and quiet on vacation, Andrea's house is the right place for you. The host is warm and very accommodating. The apartment is furnished with all the things you need. Everything is coordinated and very inviting. Spotless. Imperia and the small villages around it are enchanting. The people are incredibly hospitable. There are many beautiful places along the coastal road to enjoy the day by the sea. But I also spent the days in the house, because it was a very special place for me. At night, the fireflies even compete with the stars. I can only recommend this enchanting home to everyone. I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

A very nice stay. Very nice location. A nice accommodation in a well-maintained property. The highlight of this accommodation is the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the beautiful and large terrace.

Very nice accommodation, very quiet with an exceptional view, Gilbert is a very discreet host but gives good advice, he knows the area like the back of his hand. The pool is a plus in hot weather. Expect to encounter narrow, winding roads in the surrounding area. We would highly recommend this listing.

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment. Exactly as advertised with great location, close to shops and beautiful beaches, walks and trains (we did not drive so relied on trains). Marco was a wonderful host. We had an issue with the shower on the first day and contacted Marco and although it was a Sunday he was responded almost immediately and fixed the issue.

We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment. Very well located next to the train station (to go to Monaco or Ventimiglia in 10 minutes). quite close to the city center and the beautiful promenade of Menton. We would recommend this listing.

Laura struck us as a genuinely friendly and sincere person, who wants to make sure her guests are comfortable. She even brought us some milk, as I did not have time to shop. The site is unusual, as it's in a old renovated grand hotel. The park around the apartments is huge and well-maintained. It's a walk to the center of town and the beach, which will be good for you after you eat Laura's snacks. Be sure not to stop at the first gate labelled with the address, as that is actually the pedestrian exit. The car entrance is further on down the road. Laura was off on the day we came, so she helped us find a parking spot and explained everything in person. There seem to be many parking spots available, though. The apartment decor was pretty.

This is a high-end, luxury apartment located just a minutes-drive away from Monte Carlo. The moment you walk in and the automated blinds open to a beautiful panoramic view of Monte Carlo, you’ll instantly feel like you made the right choice. We loved the apartment and will definitely return in the future. No complaints from us and a whole lot of words of appreciation! Thank you for hosting us!

The town is at the top of a hill on a winding and narrow street. It takes just 20 minutes to Menton. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. They greeted me at check-in. It wasn't very easy for me to find it, but they always responded to messages. The place is extremely beautiful with views of the mountains. I had a beautiful stay. No worries . The only thing to keep in mind is that you have to bring provisions for lunch and breakfast since there is nothing nearby to solve dinner ... and it is not advisable to do that path at night . But if you are looking for tranquility and beautiful landscapes in a very comfortable apartment that lacks absolutely nothing, this is your place!

Could not be bettered in Menton. Great apartment with everything one could need. Good, central area close to train and bus hubs. Apartment lots of space but furnished to make it feel like a lived in unit unlike many minimalist rentals. 5 star recommendation. If Menton is your choice (and it is less frenetic than nice) bbokit - you will be delighted

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

The apartment is great and has a beautiful view. Everything was perfect, even in the details: very good air conditioning and an extremely comfortable bed. Bed linen, towels, dishes/cutlery and the whole apartment in general were super clean. Sophie responds very quickly to questions and is always available. Unrestricted recommendation!

Perfect, great accommodation and easy to access

Superb accommodation, the hosts are as superb as the apartment. Very nice, very accommodating. The apartment's equipment is just great. A parking space has been made available to us, if you come by sports car you have plenty of space, plus it is very secure. I've never had such a great experience with Airbnb. Excellent week spent in Muriel's apartment with a very friendly welcome from Corinne. Everything was as described on site. A beautiful city, a beautiful apartment and a huge terrace with sun all day. Once the car is at the parking lot, everything is on foot (shopping, market, restaurants, casino,...) with the nearby train station 11 minutes to Monaco, 13 minutes to Ventimiglia, and buses at the foot of the building if you don't like the train. Perfect for us. ...we did not test the beach because at the end of March it's a bit fair, but for the brave, it's 50 meters from the building.

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!
