Monthly Rentals in Greenwich

We had such a lovely weekend staying at this cozy cottage! The decor and setup is warm and welcoming. My kids slept soundly on the two sofa beds, and we loved the thoughtful touch of headsets for watching TV or playing games. This allowed everyone to enjoy doing their own thing without interruption in the common area of the cottage. One of the best parts was being just a short 5-minute walk from the reservoir. It’s a beautiful spot! My husband and son had a great time shooting hoops on the basketball court, while my daughter and I enjoyed the swings and slide nearby. It was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation for the whole family. We’re already planning our next trip back to New London, and we’ll definitely be staying at this cottage again. Next time with our boat, so we can go fishing and hit the beach. We highly recommend this place. Tiffanie and Omar are amazing hosts—friendly, and very responsive!

We enjoyed staying at the loft while visiting family in town. Shannon responded quickly to messages and the apartment was spacious and clean.

This was a great place to stay over Memorial Day weekend for us! We explored the nearby town of Mansfield, so it was nice to be in a nice not so busy town for the R & R over the weekend.

Diana was a wonderful host. She text me earlier in the afternoon on check in day to let me know I was able to check in anytime. She provided clear, contactless instructions on how to get in, and left a few lights on in case it was dark when we arrived. The house was very clean, neat and comfortable. The bath towels are amazing. She provided little things you may forget to pack, like q-tips, nail clippers and files. She also has shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as coffee, sugar and creamer. I highly recommend if you want to stay in Ashland, stay here if it's available.
